Great for car travel
I purchased this because we were heading down to Florida for a couple of months, which required a 2 day car trip. I love my iced coffee that I make myself. This held enough to keep me fueled for the entire 2 days. Handle is very sturdy, which is a good thing for me because the lid is pretty big for my hand to turn…have to use the handle to twist the lid. Kept my coffee cold for the entire 2 days (no ice cubes in the thermos…just made with cold water). Also came with a holder to transport on your back, which I haven’t used. I would recommend this thermos to anyone who wants a quality thermos for walking or as we use it..for longer car trips.

Its Great
Awesome bottle, keeps it cold for days and easy to clean. I love the large opening so I can use 2″ whiskey ice cubes to keep it cold even better. Easy to carry, holds a gallon of water and has a good design.

Perfect Bottle
In searching for the water bottle I wanted, it took me a long time to finally discover this one. Wish I would have been able to find this one years ago.The size is exactly what I want- 1 gallon. That makes it easy to make sure I get what I need. The lid doesn’t leak and feels heavy duty. The carrying handle is a great feature. Liquids stay cold/hot for a very long time- I can verify 12 hours as thats been my experience before I drain the bottle. That said, it will keep things at temperature longer, it just never takes me more than that to empty it. The neoprene sleeve was something I wasn’t sure about, but it makes carrying the bottle on a bike easy. Plus the zippered pouches are nice to carry your keys or odd and ends- I store my mouth guard so I never forget it. Finally, the non-slip silicon pad on the bottom is an amazing feature. Having had many metal water bottles over the years, having them slip is annoying. The pad stops that.If you’re on the fence, don’t be- this bottle is exactly what you’re looking for.

easy to fill with ice, clean, mold resistant
Its easy to refill ice water as also super easy to clean. The height of the bottle is perfect for sports travel. The product material is high quality and after a long time use it seems like its mold resistant. most bottles accumulate a tough black stain on the inner rubber ring of the lid. This doesn’t. Over all love the product.

Nice but heavy
This jug is nice and keeps the water cold, but it’s heavy, even without water. It does come with a carrying strap but I don’t know that I would use it on a long hike. I do like the jug and bought it to make sure I’m drinking enough water throughout the day but because of the weight, I won’t drink out of it. I simply pour my water into a glass.

Kept the ice in hot weather
My review is detailed because this is the information I wanted when looking for a water jug.I Filled with refrigerator temperature 38°f (3.3°c) water and added a 3 inch (7.6 cm) ice cube in the morning before work. I worked outside in over 100 °f (38°c) and the ice stayed throughout the day while drinking from it regularly.I recommend keeping out of direct sunlight since the outside of the container will get hot to the touch. I find the mouth part to be somewhat cumbersome to drink from.I recommend using the notch on the lid to open and close firmly. The carry handle doesn’t appear to be built for twisting torque for opening or closing.The total length of the strap is approximately 60 inches (152cm) allowing for most to have a crossbody carry.The larg fill opening is <3.5 inchs (8.8cm), the small mouth opening in <1.25 inches (3.1cm)The pour rate is approximately 16 oz (473 mil) in 9 seconds and somewhat splashes out when pouring.The overall height is approximately 15.5 inches (39.3 cm) with handle up or 12.75 inches (32 cm) when handle is down.Width is 6.25 inches (15.2 cm)Max line holds ≈128 Oz. (3.78 liters)Overall weight filled with water is 12.2 lb. (5.3 kg)
