Good sprouting seed
I did my first tray with some paper towel to hold moisture and keep the seeds from. Falling through.Did a quick rinse and soak and after 2 days in a cool dark space the came up, five days or so total and they were good to go.Great for sandwichesJust harvest and put in a salad spinner for a quick wash and dry, then put in a fridge container air can get in. (I use a plastic snap cube I drilled some holes in the top of)

Easy to germinate
These seed germinated in 3 days and as long as they are rinsed as directed have no odor. I am still waiting on them to finish sprouting. I like them on Tuna Salad for the crunch they add and the mild flavor.

Sprouting well and great addition to shakes and salads!

Good Sprouting Seeds
The seeds sprouted nicely. The reason for the 3 stars is that the mung beans grow so much faster than the rest of the seeds that I had to pull them out, trying to not disturb the roots on the other seeds. I was able to sift them out of the mix so I can grow them separately. I won’t purchase this mix again, maybe stick to the 3 seed mix in the future.

A Tasty Mix For Yummy Sprouts!
I received the 1 lbs Salad Style Bean Sprout Starter Seeds – Over 2000 Seeds! – Non-GMO – Sprouting Mix – Includes Alfalfa, Broccoli, Radish, Mung, and Green Lentil.WHY I ORDERED THESE: – I love sprouts. – Love them sautéed quickly with eggs. – Love them on sandwiches! – Love them as a salad! – Totally love them topped on a pizza drizzled with ranch or blue cheese dressing! Yum!THE GOOD STUFF ABOUT THEM: – Well, I ended up not using these for almost a year cuz stuff happens… But happily, they still sprouted very well. – Great germination rate! – Do NOT overcrowd your sprout jars! Start with just a few 1st, to see how much room they take up in your sprout jars! – This really is a delish mix of sprouts. – The Broccoli and radish add some kick to traditional mung, alfalfa and lentils.THE NOT SO GOOD STUFF ABOUT THEM: – Nothing, these are delish when used for sprouts! – As far as using these for micro-greens, I have not tried that as I’m too lazy.CONCLUSION: – Delish What else can I say? – I’m very happy with this Salad Style Bean Sprout Starter Seeds!, AND with this brand, Freedom Farms!

Seed mix
I ordered this seed mix to grow microgreens. I was initially concerned about some growing faster and some growing slower since there’s a variety of seeds mixed together, but they seemed to grow at about the same pace. Please learn from my mistake and don’t overuse the seeds and waste them! You do not need to coat the surface with so many seeds that you can’t see the bottom! When using an appropriate amount, you’ll get several harvests out of this bag. I used a large tray (maybe 8 x 12 ?) and didn’t even use 1/4 of the bag when I used way too much.Overall this is a nice variety for growing sprouts or microgreens and I like that the bag is resealable and doesn’t let light through to protect the seeds. You get quite a few and it’s significantly cheaper than buying sprouts in the store so I think this is a great deal.

Its Fun To Make Sprouts
Used these to help my grandkids to understand the growing cycle and how seeds turn into plants. The grandkids are staying with us much of the summer, and we are quite happy with that. They are great, and bring energy and wonder into the house. We are sprouting these seeds and all are having the time of our lives. I grew up in a household that grew alfalfa sprouts in gallon jars all summer long, so I was very familiar with the basics. These seeds are easy to germinate, only taking a couple few days. Some were ready before others were ready, they turned out ok to develop a bit more while the rest caught up.We have enjoyed this on tuna fish sandwiches, and also in a salad. The grandkids normally would not eat a salad, but wanted to when it contained something they actually helped grow. If only all life was that simple! Not a huge amount of seeds, but perfect for a learning experience in sprouting. Great variety of seeds, too.

My dog wouldn’t eat them
Sorry, they sprouted great but tasted terrible. I tried to give them to my dog since they are healthy and she wouldn’t eat them either. Can’t return them so I guess I’ll throw them away, no use in spending the time and energy sprouting them. I gave them two stars instead of one since they all sprouted really well.
