Was looking for a good pair of gloves to go to Jackson, WY for New Years. Single degree temp when we were going to be there. Saw the Krosa -10 degree and it the ad said they were warm and you would be able to use your phone while wearing (touchscreen). Received them prior to our trip and they were very comfy from the get go and was able to use my phone while wearing the gloves.Fast forward to our arrival at Jackson, WY where it didn’t get warmer than 14 degrees. The gloves were perfect, kept my hands warm and was able to use my phone without taking the gloves off. Everything about it was great, fit, color and it wasn’t bulky. Overall very satisfied with the gloves as it did what was advertised.

I really love these gloves, especially since I walk outside twice a day in the winter. They keep me warm even when the temperatures are very cold and are waterproof! The quality is good. They are soft, thick and I like the look and style of them. One of the best gloves that I have bought!

An excellent pair of gloves
These gloves are excellent. First, they keep my hands warmer than others bought locally at the big box store. Second, while others have bulky cinch straps to tighten around the wrist. A welcome design improvement. There are fairly at allowing me to great things and the finger tips allow me to use my smartphone without taking them off. Would buy again. Will recommend to friends.

Will recommend, however:
From my experience backpacking in the Alps completely wind, snow and water proof. Sufficiently warm, but sometimes I will put an extra layer underneath: simple cotton half finger gloves both for the extra warmth and so when I take it down I won’t get too cold too fast. The touchscreen pads didn’t work for me. All in all, in my opinion, good value for money and will recommend.

Bought an L and XL for these gloves sold by Amazon US directly, through Amazon Singapore (Amazon SG)They didnt fit properly based on the size charts – I measure as an XL but it was too big, L was too tight.Oddly, the touch capability on the XL was good even though it was too loose but the touch capability on the L was just horrible and almost does not work at all.Could be due to the fit issues and I understand these arent custom fit so I was just going to return it through Amazon since this item was eligible for returns.However, I saw a ‘personalized’ note from the Krosa brand stating that if I were unhappy with my purchase, I could reach out to their support email for a full refund, no questions asked without any need for the hassle of returning it through Amazon.I thought this was great as finding a new packaging for the item and locating a drop off point for amazon can sometimes be a hassle.I reached out with my order numbers, screenshots and such and clearly stated that I ordered this through Amazon SG but the seller was Amazon US directly.They couldnt find my order numbers on the Amazon US so I reminded them that I purchased it through Amazon SINGAPORE (AMAZON SG) but through Amazon US direct as the sellerLo and behold they somehow came back telling me that my order was from the UK which they were prohibited to ship to and yada yada yadah seems to be low key saying I was trying to be a scammer by lying about my purchases.This ‘reach out for a refund, no questions asked’ is fake, a waste of time and an insult to all customers of their products.
