I wanted these to put on top of 8 foot bookcases to provide ambient ceiling light. I like the look. They’re very nice. The one flaw however, is they will not stay set at the setting I want. Being on timer, they get turned off and on every night, and I have to reset them every night so they’re not flashing through seven sequences. The first night I had them, the flashing annoyed my husband so much he threatened to take him down. They’re nice enough and I am going to keep them. But I’m disappointed that they will not work for the intended purpose. If you get model number 2106, prepared to have to set them every single night.

Christmas Lights for Trees
I have been using +10 light sets outdoors in my trees for Christmas for the past 3 years. Power supplies need to be kept away from the water. In my case, I have those in a large ziplock, with LEDs in the trees all year long and they have been running well over the past 3 years. This season I had to replace 3 power-supply that received water inside over the last summer (available to buy separately) but otherwise, the LEDs and other power supply units are working well after 3 years. (I realize by replacing those that, you can store the power supply indoors between Christmas seasons. That should solve the humidity/water ingress problem. The LEDs can stay in the trees. )

Super Bright, Blue and White for Hanukkah
This is a really great set of lights. We were looking for a set of lights for celebrating Hanukkah, and this combination of blue and white fit the bill perfectly.The string has 100 mini LED’s, and the design is solid. Because of the small bulb design, the string is easy to manipulate (i.e. it doesn’t tangle).It looks like it’s got about 5’ of lead wire from the plug to the first bulb, and that adds versatility (especially when the plug is never where you want to start the lights). If you were to connect consecutive strings, you could, simply, zip-tie the extra slack to keep it tight and tidy.I’d feel good about using these outdoors as the cabling is sealed in a nice jacket. The 33’ length is versatile, and I’m already thinking about buying more to wrap tree trunks, branches, etc.The mini LEDs are super bright, and, contrary to the best I could do with the photos, the blue is very deep blue and bright. I bought this set hoping to be pleasantly surprised, and I was.

OUTRAGIOUS & there is noway to contact the seller to ask why the huge price increase
