There are 2 Limitations
For the price, its a good solution for most features you need in a full docking station. Limitations:1) the headphone jack only supports speakers, not microphone2) the USB-C INPUTs do NOT support video. Video has to come in thru the HDMI or VGA. This is misleading because USB-C 3.2 should support video.Otherwise it does everything I need. I had to change my monitor cable to HDMI cable to make it work with video.

Build quality
It has a great build quality , I wish they would remove VGA and add some thing a little more useful to those times , but great product , if you have lots of things plugged in with a fast charger 60w or above it does get warm but doesn’t effect any of the functions , I would highly recommend people to pick this up when it goes on sale , great value

Fair price and does everything I need … and then some.
When traveling this summer I found myself in a predicament, namely that I needed to plug five things into my ancient laptop, including a keyboard, a monitor, a mouse, etc. Thankfully one of my travel companions had one of these USB hubs, but it was a bit dated and only took USB Type A plugs. So, I purchased this and it is great. It has every type of connecter you could want – in fact, it will take more types of connectors than I have – and it seems to work very well. I have had 5 things plugged in at once and they all worked without a glitch. Very nice. For me, it would have been ideal if the main plug (i.e., the one that plugs into my laptop) was an original USB A, rather than the USB C that this comes with, but, I picked up a USB C to USB A adapter and all is good. This has been a helpful purchase and I use it regularly.

The hub makes the migration between office and home easy
It’s been almost one month since the hub was put in use. So far so good. Everything functions as described. The hub enables the easy connection every time when I move back and forth between the office and home. All need to do are having two sets of hub connection ready at office and home; keep various accessories connected to the hub, including keyboard, mouse, external display, Ethernet, USB drive, external hard drive, and power adapter; and then only switching one connection between the hub and laptop will make the migration between office and home easy. It’s worthy to have.

Producto defecuoso no funciona bien
El producto por fuera se ve robusto y de buen material, pero no funciona bien. Le conecté solo un monitor por HDMI, un Ethernet y un teclado usb. Empezó a fallar de una vez, no funcionaba la conexión a internet y el teclado no respondÃÂa o respondÃÂa retardado. Además, no se consigue info en internet del fabricante ni de la marca, faltan más detalles de las especificaciones técnicas y de funcionamiento.

Este “HUB” es perfecto para ampliar las capacidades de una Macbook Pro reciente: tiene una construcción resistente de excelente calidad que se “combina” muy bien con el dispositivo Apple (en especial con el del gris correcto). Al carecer de cables, el hub ofrece una mayor durabilidad asàcomo una gran selección de puertos adicionales. Lo único a lo que no me he acostumbrado es que los puertos USB-A están “al revés” que en la mayorÃÂa de los dispositivos.
