Litter Box is a cozy addition to my home. It does work, as advertised, it massively reduces how much time you have to spend on the maintenance of the litter box. One of the convenient things in this app is the app control, I can check and change the settings remotely. Thoughtful included liners, litter box, and aromatherapy box provide some bonus.The product works great and cats easily learn to adjust to it. While It is a relatively large unit, requiring some space. On the whole it’s a dependable, valuable choice for cat owners that need to take the hassle out of litter box management.

I’ve had this litter box about two weeks now and so far so good. Pros: quieter than my last box, easier to clean – although I haven’t completely changed out the litter, the receptacle makes it easier to discard the waste, the app is great for tracking our cats’ toilet habits and if the unit gets hung up, it’s pretty easy set up and to use.Cons: it is a big unit but not a deal breaker, it could be difficult to change out the litter completely, there is still some scooping needed but probably typical if owning cats.Overall I really like this box. My cats took to it really easy and makes clean-up a breeze.

Arrived damaged
The litter box arrived with a tear in the plastic bottom where the litter sits. It’s big enough that litter can definitely fall through and would need to be patched or replaced. I have been in the process of getting the bottom part replaced since January 11th when it was delivered. It keeps getting delayed. I will update this review if it gets fixed soon but for a 300 dollar litter box I would like it to arrive with no damage at the least.

Disappointing!
Ordered this out of dire need. When received was warped and would not sit flush. Error code came on right away. Did not work. Poor instruction manual was hard to read. Words were so minuscule couldn’t read.
