Fresh and delicious
I have a slight reaction to peanuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds etc. I get a weird feeling in my throat. Sunflower seeds don’t bother me at all and I love them.These are really nice, not hard. I don’t eat more than a quarter cup a day and not even every day.
