Arrived damaged. Company stood behind their product.
Update. The seller has been great in correcting the problem by shipping a replacement docking station overnight. I appreciate the seller making things right.The initial dock arrived with a severed power cord. I requested a replacement and several Days later that apparently was lost in the delivery system. I have not been able to receive the docking station yet, but the payment has not been refunded either. Just want the docking station in operable condition.

Good Dock, Wrong Cable.
This Dock works great you just need to make sure you have a real thunderbolt cable and not a standard USB-C Cable. Thunderbolt Cables are $30 so this isn’t a good deal.

Product not fully tested
Overall the product is as advertised however the USB-C cable could not have been fully tested because it does not support the use of external monitors which is it’s primary purpose. It was frustrating to outfit a user with the device and find out that it would be necessary to scramble for a replacement USB-C cable to permit the user to take advantage of all the docking features. Disappointed in the lack of testing done before this item was shipped, I bought 15 and thus far 5 have a bad USB-C cable and there is no way for me to get replacements, so I have to purchase 10 additional USB-C cables that will support the use of external monitors.
