Incredible!
I used to use just cleaning fluid and a cheap microfiber cloth. I then used this for my telescope eyepiece, and it was incredible! Went from some cloudy optics to crystal clear with one Swipe of the cleaning tip!

Great little set! Every camera bag should have one!
One of my hats is a professional photographer and this little kit has been bought multiple times for my camera bag and studio kit as well. It contains two cloths- one for anti-fog and your standard microfiber cleaning cloth. There’s a large and a small lens pen included. This is a good value as buying all the components separately would cost more.Be sure to read the instructions for the anti-fog cloth as it’s not meant for cleaning, it’s meant to leave a film on your lens in a very humid environment to stop condensation from forming on it. Be sure to wipe your lens off before using the lens-pen on it or the anti-fog compound will come off onto the pen and ruin it.The microfiber cloth can be washed. I usually wash my microfiber cloths by hand as my husband loves using all kinds of nasty fabric softeners in our washing machine and let it air-dry and immediately put them in a special plastic bag. I have one bag in my camera kit for clean cloths and one for used ones that need to be washed.

Lens pens
These lens pens work great on my glasses as well as all other optic devices I have. Great for getting tough finger smudges off lenses. I purchased another for my wife to use on her glasses

Great little doohickey to have in your pocket
I love lens pens, i used to work at Best Buy and I’d always get them because for cleaning my equipment it’s the absolute best! I saw a Nikon branded one here on Amazon and it was an instant buy for me, definitely recommend picking one up so that you can clean your lenses with ease and not to mention the two extra cloths that this comes with work really well too. A necessity for all DSLR owners. Be careful of fragile lens pen cleaning tip.
After reading rave reviews of this item. I decided to take a plunge and purchase this Nikon Lens Pen Pro Kit. Being a Canon owner, I was searching left and right for a Canon branded one, but were unsuccessful in finding one sold by Amazon. Since Nikon is a respected brand that is comparable to Canon, I bought one without hesitation. It comes with 1 normal pen, a micro pen, 2 lens cloths and a carrying case. I haven’t tested the cloths, but I was keen on trying the lens pen.I followed the instructions to the dot. I brushed the lens first to remove the dust and then used my Giottos Rocket Blower to get rid of any other remaining dust. The I carefully fogged up the lens using my breath and ran the cleaning pad left to right. It was amazing. All of the finger prints, grease, grime from over time disappeared.Then I used it to clean my Schott Glass protected 5D Mark II rear screen using the same method. Results? Amazing once again. The cleaning pen got rid of all of the grime, finger prints from prolonged use. Same results on the mini LCD display on the top as well. However, I ended up getting a small scratch on the LCD. Perhaps it was the deposited dust particle on the felt tip?I went to clean my 70-200mm f/2.8 IS L II lens and in the middle of cleaning, the tip fell off. Causing me to finish the job with the smaller micro pen. Immediately, I turned to Amazon and they provided a replacement right away. Ever since, I’ve had no issues so far. Knock on wood. If you own any DSLR or any items with smaller LCD screen, (3DS, Vita, iPhone or etc) this is totally necessary to keep them in tip top shape.PROS:+ Works as advertised+ Comes in a zippered pouch carrying case+ Trusted Nikon name brand+ Total necessity to keep your lens, LCD screens in tip top shapeCONS:- Cleaning tip fell off after 1 use (Replaced by Amazon)

Back in the day when I was shooting film (25 years ago) in SLRs cleaning the lenses, particularly of fingerprints, involved wet cleaning and could be a real hassle. After reading about the Nikon Lens Pens and the knockoffs of them I decided to buy the kit and see for myself. The kit comes with 4 items and is a little less expensive then buying the 2 pens and the Anti-Fog cloth by themselves.The retractable brushes in the pens are terrific and store easily. The real plus with these though is the special cup shaped applicator that doesn’t require liquids, or chemicals be added and appears to leave no residue behind. It’s apparently a non-liquid compound on a natural chamois tip that does the fingerprint removal so well.The one downside is that the box warns that the MicroFiber Cleaning Cloth is “Not recommended for high quality lenses.” and the enclosed directions indicate that it is “For cleaning the HOUSINGS of digital cameras, photo equipment, etc.”. Still, it makes a convenient place to sit the lenses as they are removed for cleaning.
