Missing pieces and Stick Drift
The controller had major stick drift out of the box. And was missing a faceplate. Do not buy if your trying to save a buck.

The Thumbsticks were not aligned correctly and the controller was drifted
99% of the buttons worked on the controller however the the thumbsticks were still drifted beyond the deadzone’s ability to compensate. That 1% makes the controller unusable. Also, making me pay for return postage wasn’t great. I hate to leave a bad review but I do expect a refurbished product to be rebuilt to as good as new.
