Great Lens but it’s not for everyone
This FE (Full frame E mount) zoom lens is for the mirrorless, E mount 35 mm image sensor, Sony Camera bodys. Because the image sensor is larger and geared more for professional photos, the lens is larger and heavier than I imagined. The images aren’t razor sharp like the really expensive super professional lenses are but the images from this lens is sharper than the point and shot cameras. This is a great lens for a the money but you wouldn’t want to carry or hold it for long periods of time.

excellent lens–I use a 24-105 mm on my Canon 5D mark IV –but just bought a Sony AR7III and this lens is great–with sharp focus –and great distance photography for an everyday lens
