🥗 This Salad mix is not equal parts for a specific reason, TASTE!!!. This mix was created from decades of growing, most varieties are too strong for the average person. Alfalfa and clover make up the bulk of this mix, with smaller portions or broccoli and Radish, these have much stronger flavors and many cannot eat equal parts of those two. We reccomend if you desire stronger flavor buy a bag of each and mix to your taste! Enjoy

Fast results. Easy to do!
This brand is easy to grow and germinates fast. I grow them both in trays and jars. The jars seem to sprout and grow faster than the trays. I use the two cup wide mason jars rather than the larger ones advertised. This way I always have sprouts in a more useful quantity that is fresh. I prefer this method because after a day or two in the fridge theyâre not as good. There is very little waste as almost all the seeds sprout. This bag provides a variety of flavors in one. Iâm so happy I gave this a try! Super easy to do!

Salad Mix Super Seeds!
The Salad Mix seeds looked beautiful out of the bag. No debris. I soaked them for ~6h before seeding, changing the rain water 2-3 times; I used rain water exclusively. From 1 tbsp of seeds there was only a few floaters (<5). I definitely recommend soaking as the seeds swell and get a jump on germination. Indeed, the next day the seeds were fully germinated! Just look at the pics I posted after a few days of growth. The greens are vibrant, lush, and full of flavor. The only bump in the road with this mix was the radish. Don't get me wrong, I love radishes. But the radish microgreen flavor is quite potent and a bit overpowering, making it difficult to appreciate the other flavors. Fortunately, the radish outgrows the others in the mix, and is easily trimmed with a pair of shears without impacting those in the lower tier. If you look at the pics I posted you'll see that the canopy is somewhat 2-tiered, with radish on top and everything else below. So depending on how spicy you want the harvest, you can trim to taste. It works out quite nicely. I highly recommend this seed mix. Good Luck!GROWING DETAILSâï¸ I used 6x9 disposable plastic (PP) containers with lids.âï¸ For a growing substrate I tried both loose coco coir (~0.5 inches deep) and coco coir liner (presoaked in rain water for 4-6h, with several water changes). When using the liner, I covered it with a thin layer of loose coco coir to cushion and surround the seeds (like a bed). Both substrates worked equally well.âï¸ The presoaked seeds (~6h soak time, with 2x water changes) were sprinkled evenly onto the coco coir bed and gentle pressed in.âï¸ Planter trays with seeds were kept in the dark for 2 days, misting with rain water 2x each day, with the lid on loose (not sealed).âï¸ On Day 3, the planter trays with fully germinated seeds (and lids removed) were placed under a full-spectrum grow light. PPFD levels were initially 200 umol/m2/s, then gradually increased to 400 umol/m2/s over the next few days.âï¸ I found that supplementing the microgreens with a hydroponic nutrient solution markedly increased the fullness and height of the crop. I used a 10-5-14 mix, diluted 1:2 with rain water. Initially I spritzed it on the leaves, but then added it directly to the coco coir substrate. I definitely recommend, especially if the crop will be grown beyond 5-6 days.

Excellent germination and flavor
I am impressed by the quality of these seeds. They germinated quickly and abundantly, both as sprouts in a jar and as microgreens in soil. The taste was excellent.

Great product!
Very tasty and near-perfect germination if you pre-soak long enough (10-12 hours).

Tasty Organic Sprouts
Like that product is organic and has a nice seed variety. Sprouts are hardy, healthy and very few don’t sprout. Great on burgers, tacos, sandwiches and basically anywhere you’d use lettuce. I highly recommend this brand.

Fast growing
I followed the directions and had sprouts growing up so fast in the jar. I can grow a new batch nearly every other day. So fresh and crunchy. Would love to have more Radish seeds cause they are spicy and huge sprouts. Love the mixture and plan to purchase again.

Easiest seeds to sprout, you can’t make a mistake with these seeds.
I have bought enough sprouting products to open a store of my own. I failed every time, it was always something, kinda like Roseannahdannah would say – not enough soaking, too much light, not enough light, not enough rinsing…I even threw everything away and tried again. If you are like me, guess what! These seeds and the trays? Yes, I can’t believe I finally did it! I soaked the seeds for 48 hrs, used the large green and white sprouting trays sold also on amazon, the green is solid, the white is a screen tray, and I sprouted them in my closet, in the dark! I sprouted two huge trays of thick beautiful sprouts! And, they have lasted chilled for a week! This is my 2nd bag. Now that I have newfound courage, I plan on moving on to broccoli, ect. I did sprout some garbanzo seeds in the sprouting jar, one time but never again. I am thinking the trick is in the soaking because when they sprout, it is fast. Also, rinse,, rinse, rinse…they can get slimy if you don’t. Micronutrients are a great inexpensive way to add to a daily program, basically better health for peanuts, think about how many beans you can sprout. Wow!
