I purchased one of these liners initially. I had some fleece liners from PetSmart, which I liked, but they no longer sell. I have been very disappointed with several other fleece liners, purchased online and in store. These liners are cozy, absorbent, and have little to no odor. They wash well. Even though the directions say to line dry, I put them in the dryer, since they are a tad large for my Midwest Guinea pig cage.No shrinkage noted. Easy to sweep up hay and droppings mid week. Holding up great after several washings, so I purchased another!

Definitely higher quality and keeps poop trapped in between cleanings. However the ties only lasted about a day as my guinea pigs have eaten them off. They also don’t fully get the burrowing blanket but still a nice extra! I personally take it to a car wash once a week and hang it from the Matt hangers then pressure wash it and throw it in a washer at a the laundromat to save my personal washer from the hair and smell. I also bought two for rotating while cleaning.

Unsafe!! Can suffocate!
My daughter’s guinea pig managed to climb over the side and go under this, get stuck and suffocate!! This was a devastating loss for my daughter. The string was broken when we found him. Very sad!!!! Be extra cautious when using this.

Game changer
I wish I would’ve known about this product back when we got our guinea pigs. When it’s time to clean their cage, all I do is shake out the waste and brush off any stray hay, of which there isn’t much, put it in a wash bag and wash it. That’s it. It’s less than half the time it used to take and they love the little blanket. It never stinks and I never run out of bedding- I purchased two so that one is always clean and ready. Worth every penny and then some. If you were on the fence and reading these reviews to try and decide whether you should buy it, just do it!

Beautiful liner!
It’s a beautiful liner but make sure you measure correctly. I have a 4×2 C&C cage and the size I ordered is too small to cover the sides so I just lay it flat. I was bummed but kept it anyway. Plan to purchase a larger one in the future. Buy it, you won’t regret it!
