I was tired of being covered in hair no matter what I wore.The smock is nice and light weight, the material is water resistant (not water proof as advertised). Water will bead and roll off, but if you hold a wet dog for any length of time the water will got through the smock and you will get wet.The smock easily sheds hair and is easy to clean up after your are finished.The side slits make it easy to move around and deal with a dog that is moving.While the pockets do tend to catch hair, they are handy to keep scissors and other items in.Overall a good smock for grooming your pet.
