I haven’t started my seedlings yet. I plan on starting vegetables and some native flowers soon. I know a lot of people like this brand, and it was a good price for it. It arrived fast and the bag was not torn or anything, and it doesn’t seem like it will have any twigs or big things in it like some do. It seems like it will be a nice smooth seed starting mix, which many things labeled seed starting mix are not. I haven’t opened it up yet and will try to remember to review it again once I get things planted and see how they grow.

Not a seeding starting mix. Large chunks and sticks.
I use lots of FoxFarm products and this is the first one I’ve ever had a problem with. I bought it as a seed starting mix but it is full of large chunks and sticks. I had to use a sieve to make it usable. It would be fine as a first transplant soil for seedlings or anything but seed starting.
