At Least The Cats Are Not Scared Of It
Eddie had to check it our as soon as I assembled the litter box. Niki – the black cat in the foreground was coming out of it by time I came back from discarding the box. She peed but did not stay inside long enough to trigger the dump operation. The last covered litter box we tried was a lot less successful, taking days for any of the cats to try it. I like the fact that it moves slowly and the door stays open so there is no chance of a cat getting caught inside during the dump cycle.Update: This has been a game changer. All my cats prefer this litter box. It stays clean, doesn’t stink up the place and is much easier to dump than my traditional boxes. The only trick on my end is to keep topping off the litter level, but that is a nit.Kinda looks like a little space ship.

Very nice
Very nice. We have been wanting a self-cleaning litter box for a while now and are happy with this one so far. My cats love this box. My older cat does not like to use a dirty litter box so we where constantly cleaning our old one. The app was easy to set up. Its very quiet. A bit on the large side, but small on the odor side.

Coolest litter box
Okay, so this is the coolest and most convenient litter box, but itâs huge! Itâs taking up so much space in my little apartment that I donât think Iâll be able to keep it. No complaints about the litter box itself.

Update: broken after a few months.
When I first got this product, it was great. But after using it for a few months, it constantly says “door anti-pinch triggered!”I’ve cleaned all of the sensors, fully cleaned the entire machine, reset it countless times. Regardless, it just says this error without even TRYING to rotate the barrel.Do not buy this! Unless you’re okay with dropping the money for a litter box that will last you a month or two.

The incorrect instructions were sent with my product which is rendering it useless. In an attempt to contact the manufacturer, I was put into an endless circle of “customer service” and ultimately I just want the right instructions for my model number.

So far so good
I have a picky cat that apparently does not like using the litter box if has any previous waste left in it, so I’ve been having to clean up a lot of floor mess. This runs quietly, and the app is very easy to use and set up. I like that I can change the brightness and color of the interior light, and being able to track the usage is actually nice too. The only complaint I have so far is the sheer size of this thing. I can understand why it’s so big, it just really does take up a lot of space.

Easy to Set-Up
First, this item shipped very quickly and was well-packaged. I already own a LR4, but we have one rescue that likes to stay in her own space. This litter box was ordered for her. The set-up and assembly was quick and easy. It did take a few times for the pairing to wifi to work, but no big deal. I like the light inside and you can change the color from the app. Hazel was curious immediately, so hopefully she likes it as much as I do.

Best I’ve seen
Better cleaning method that others and works well. Quiet and effective. The drawback is no written instructions. The Wi-Fi connection might be a good feature for some, but not everyone has/wants a smartphone or has a desire to track their cats poop activity. Our cat as reluctant to use it at first – maybe because it looks like the clothes dryer. We go this as we have to leave the cat alone for several days sometimes. For the money, a customer should not have to work so hard to get it running.
