Very pretty but WATCH FOR TANGLES!
The color was better than I expected, was nice and bright and lasted a long time with the same batteries. I did almost give up and toss them after Halloween because these things are ridiculously hard to unwind or wind around something else or take them down without snagging on everything and then they crimp and get stuck in that position and it was to the point where I was almost pulling my own hair out, in fact it got stuck in my hair at one point and I did pull my hair out a little bit. But if you have patience, it is definitely worth the price and very very pretty

They’ve survived multiple skiing trips
I was looking for some lights to bedazzle my ski helmet at night. Silly idea, yes, but these lights did not disappoint.If you have any doubts about durability, let me dispel them. Taped in a spiral around the girth of my helmet, these seemingly delicate lights were exposed to high winds, freezing temperatures, snow and mini hail actively coating them, and me wrestling my goggles on around them; they took it all and more over the course of 6 ski days/nights.I was expecting lights, but these things are like tiny beacons. They’re wonderfully bright and colorful and I have zero complaints about how they look. They give me a glowing aura at night skiing, even just being wrapped around my helmet.Battery life is a big (and valid) concern when looking at things like this. At the present moment, I’m quite satisfied with how long these lights last. As mentioned before, they’ve been through 6 skiing trips (at least a few hours per trip, some were a full day of being constantly turned on). They also spent a bit of time lighting up my room. I haven’t observed any dimming, even with all the cold temperatures wearing away at the batteries.I only have had two mishaps. The first was going to unravel them after just receiving them, only to discover that they tangle rather easily. I enjoy puzzles, so with some patience it was resolved, but beware. The wires like to retain the spiral shape from being wound up and that can wreak havoc. This is the only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five.As advertised (so I’m not taking off any more stars for it), the battery pack itself is not weather-proof. I had a tiny bit of water get inside and cause it to partially turn on even when switched to off, which I remedied by removing the batteries. After the water dried it went back to normal. Just make sure to protect the battery pack.Overall, I’m extremely happy with them. Once you get past the tangles they will serve you well. They will continue to reside on my helmet through more skiing.

I can’t praise this stuff enough! I’m really happy with this product.Whether price or the literal over night shipping, the ease of use or, brightness.Just pure perfection!Very bright. Not UV,or even a shade of purple that makes blklight colors pop.BUT, they are SO BRIGHT it doesn’t matter for my purpose. Which was upgrading a batmobile that has alot of glow in the dark plastic on it.very thin but strong and maleable wire, the LED’s are played along the wire in a way that makes it very easy to work with. The wire is strong enough it could be used to make wire sculptures. More than plenty of it to go around too.Will be buying lots more in many colors, for future toy lighting projects.

Pretty but eats batteries
Used to decorate in a vase. Set color but it changed by itself with timer use. One strand timer keeps stopping working. Batteries don’t last, even rechargable ones with timer use- I only set for 4hrs but have to change out in a few days. Wouldn’t buy again just on poor battery efficiency.

Bought this product to light up my wi Dow for Halloween. Lights were nice and bright but I had to replace the batteries every night as they were drained and dead. On the third night it fell apart.
