Great tent, fully waterproof but not the best for tall people
I brought this on a backpacking trip in northern Michigan (porcupine mountains) it’s very easy to set up and take down and it kept me warm and dry, it rained on the second night and I was dumb enough to put my tent on some low ground so when I woke up and stepped out my tent was about an inch deep in the water, none of this water had made it into the tent though which was very relieving, the tent fits me (6’1) and my 65L bag which I used as sort of a extra pillow but there was no extra room to spare after fitting me and the bag in there. I also could not sit up completely straight, aside from this everything has held up well for 4 trips so far, just a little small for big people, would recommend as a budget tent!

Quality lightweight tent. Quick, easy setup.
The flaps can be propped up which is convenient for keeping an eye on my stove while also keeping it out of the wind. The zippers can/will get caught in the fabric, which is a common problem for thinner lightweight tents. Its not very warm in windy conditions, I would recommend putting a 2nd tarp staked close to the ground to keep the wind out. The stakes are aluminum, which is nice for softer ground, however, I am near a mountainous, rocky area, so they will probably break and wear down over time due to the annoying rocks in my way. The net acts like a window and is good for keeping the buggers out, and in warmer temperatures you can shed the fly and gaze at the stars through the trees. It’s a good size as well- me and my little brother can both fit inside (He is tiny so 1 1/2 humans inside lol)

This is great for emergency shelter or backpack
Very easy to set up and take down, however a word of caution, install the aluminum pole before you stake down the tent floor else it is way to tight a fit and you may rip the material if you strong arm it. there is plenty of room for your sleeping bag and small accessories and the small vestibule will keep your pack dry in the event of a rainstorm.

Nice tent!
Just getting into backpacking but have been a camper all my life.I have to say I really like this tent. It’s designed for backpacking or biking trips.I like how it’s light weight and doesn’t take up much room in my backpack.I am 5’4 and it fits me , my sleeping bag and my wide sleeping pad just fine. Be prepared however that it is just enough room. Length wise someone tall could easily fit, width wise some may feel Claustrophobic. I can sit up in this tent but my head touches the ceiling. I would be hard pressed to actually bring my gear into the sleeping area itself as there would not be enough room.I will alway sleep with the rain fly on, and I love the room under the fly for my gear and I love how I can use my trekking poles to create an awning. I can sit under the awning.Construction wise, I like how the floor of the tent is high up the sides. Though I haven’t experienced rain yet, I imagine that this design will keep me dry. I also have not experienced any condensation issues or conditions that would create condensation. It’s a solid little tent for being a hiker just starting out and for those weekend campers. Over all it gets the job done.

Okay purchase. NOT warm
It’s easy to set up and I like that it’s a one man tent with the space at my feet to bring my pack inside and out of the ants. However, even when the rain fly is zipped into place and the tent is as closed up as it can get, there is still a sizable gap of a few inches under the rain fly, which allows a breeze the whole to blow into the vestibule, through the mesh of the tent (the tent is completely mesh) and straight on you. I went camping in June with a low of 54 degrees and got almost unbearably cold because there was a cold wind blowing in my face the whole night. Yes, I could have pulled the sleeping bag over my head, but mostly, I would really the inside of my tent to not be windy. (See the picture for this gap.) It seems like sort of a big oversight to make a tent that does not seal 😅 I’d get a different tent if I could do it over.

Excellent Tent for the Price. Fits Tall people
This tent has been a fantastic purchase. For the money, I am quite impressed. I have taken this on multi-day backpacking trips and deep winter camping expeditions. From sharp rocky mountains to soft desert sand, It has held up phenomenally well. The bottom shows no signs of punctures or tears after over a year of use and dozens of nights spent inside.Positives:-I would trust this test in wet and snowy conditions-I am 6′ 4″ and can sleep comfortably with my pack at the head of my sleeping pad.-The vestibule created by the rain fly is very spacious and can easily keep a 65L pack, boots, and extra gear dry and out of the elements.-Durability has been great and I camp mostly in the rocky mountains and deserts of the west-This can pack up small enough to strap to the outside of a smaller 30L pack or fit inside of a larger 65L pack.-Fast to setup with the single pole designNegatives:-This tent is not light “Ultra lightweight” at 4.5lbs (But I say this is a trade-off for durability)-The single-pole design doesn’t leave a lot of room for side sleepers. I often find my back resting against the mesh and rainfly. I do use a 3″ thick sleeping pad so that takes up some vertical space. A smaller person may not have this issue.- The Velcro on the rain fly opening is kinda meh and I wish it was just deleted from the design altogether.-Might need to buy beefier stakes (depending on your environment)Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. If you are looking for a compact tent to do short backpacking trips or even a tent to keep under your car seat for emergencies I would Highly recommend this option at this price point.

Over all it’s a decent tent. Not so great for windy climate.
Not so great for windy climate. Sand and dust blew in from underneath the tarp even after securing it with weights & I woke up with face covered in dust. Over all it’s a decent tent. Light, easy to set up, i would suggest to carry a para code since the pins are not that great and bends easily.

Excellent tent for backpacking. Being that its a 1 man tent don’t expect a lot of room. When you have the outer fly closed you have some space in there for your bag and shoes and what not so it can stay dry. I have a deluxe sleeping pad and it fits perfect. My only complaint is that it is a fairly large bag when it’s packed down. So keep that in mind if you are planning extensive hikes. I gave it 5 stars still because they give you dimensions of the bag. Would recommend to anyone! Excellent tent for the price, very easy to set up and take down!

Ok, so this tent is for 1 person. The floor area is 190 cm long and 90 cm wide. It arcs up so you can sit up inside. It has a comfortable amount of room for laying down and a porch for storage of shoes and bag. What I really like about it is that it is so simple to set up. No string needed. No need to attach it to a nearby fence or tree. It can stand alone .I just put a single pole through the loops of the inner mesh and secure the ground sheet with pegs then throw over the fly and secure that with pegs, and it’s done .The material for the ground sheet is strong, though I plan to use a tent pad to protect the ground sheet. I am camping in the bush in Africa where there are many sharp plants. The inner mesh has especially small pores that will not let in any flies even midges – which is important. There are many smaller insects than mosquitos – including very tiny ants and midges, and it is great to have a mesh that can keep out these. The colour is dark green and the actual profile of the tent is low (waist high) It is about as low as you can go before the tent becomes a bivvy bag. So if you are looking for being discrete then this is quite a good option. I am a prepper and a survivor, so I wanted a low profile tent that I can carry easily and set up quickly. The weight as measured by myself using an accurate digital kitchen scale is just over 1.71kg . This is the total weight including the carry bag.If the tent is pegged out so that the outer fly is not touching the inner mesh then the mesh does not get any condensation. . Also the floor is free of condensation. Condensation only forms on the outer flyThe outer fly has about an inch gap between it and the ground which allows ventilation. If rain is torrential, as in African rainy season, then I will throw over an extra ultralight fly.I recommend this tent to the single camper, survivalist, prepper because1. its materials are of high quality,2. it is light-weight, so can be carried with more comfort3. it has a low profile that is curved like a natural contour and is dark green – so it is discrete, but unlike a bivvy bag it is more ventilated4. it is very easy to set up quickly.I will be recommending this to fellow survivalists. It is not a tent for big baggage carriers, for glam camping. It is purely for the individual who wants extra mobility and a discrete refuge.UPDATE : So I tested the tent out all night in a full on African Rainy Season rain storm. This is equivalent to standing under a shower all night long. I was pitched on level ground – which became water logged – as the rain formed pools around the tent about an inch deep.I am glad to report that inside the tent was dry and fairly warm. The outer fly blocked all of the rain. The ground sheet also blocked water entering. So the tent is waterproof for a heavy rain. The zips on the tent mesh and fly are smooth running. The fly also has velcro tabs.I used a single inflatable mat which was not adequate comfort, so will be using two such mats next time.I used a tent pad, which protected the ground sheet from abrasion. However it also collected run off water and became a mini lake. So all night I was lying in a lake, but the water still did not come through into the tent. The porch was adequate size to store my shoes and backpack.

The fly and floor of the tent are very good quality for the price. Really easy to set up.
