Great Product
Love this product .simple not complicated like other high priced cat boxes..My large cat refuses to go in unit but he refuses to use a normal box and other automatic boxes…he’s just weird..my other cat loves it..I love the simplicity of the unit and customer service is also awesome…

Not worth the price tag
While the product functions, its performance is subpar. The motor is weak and rotates slowly. The most significant issue is the hard bottom, which causes cat urine to stick and not release properly during rotation. In comparison, the Litter Robot’s rubber bottom prevents this problem, providing a more efficient cleaning experience. The waste bin is also tiny. There is no way that it would last for 15 days, let alone a week. I will not purchase it again.

Don’t buy!!!
I have 2 automatic litter boxes and I absolutely hate this one! I have never written a bad review until now. When it spins to clean, it will leave smudged poop all along the dome. If it doesn’t completely dump into the trash bin it will dump out onto the floor behind the machine. I have tried numerous ways to keep it from happening and nothing has worked!

Received my new self cleaning litter box to find no accessories included, no instruction booklet. Had to return and reorder and wait another week

Very bad product.
The manual doesn’t describe what’s wrong. The patterns of beeps and lights dont match any kf the codes. The infernal machine has disconnected twice. The app has sections that are only Chinese. Many of the words are spelt wrong. It Endlessly updates firmware and the cat litter box won’t tell you what’s wrong unless you have it hooked up to your wi-fi. I’m an engineer and I spent 2 hours trying to get it to just cycle. This is a very bad product.

Overall mediocre and needs improvements
Update: after original review I found that the hole on the one side of the litter box is just big enough for my cat to somehow pee out the side of it onto the floor. There is absolutely no reason for this hole and it has no functionality. I have since had to glue a piece of plastic on to this hole to close it up because if not this litter box would be garbage. Unless the design is updated I recommend going with another product that is fully enclosed as this is not.Great concept for a robot litterbox but having an opening on top allows for the smell to get out. Also after a bit you have to shift the waste in the tray or it will rub on the outside of the litter robot. Overall for the price it’s a good deal. Just could use some improvements.
