i got the airpods in excellent condition which was 117 with tax so imo i think that its worth it because it did come with very minor scratches the type u have to shine light on to see them which i dont mind the sound sounds great noise cancellation is good same with transparency one thing i would of preferred would be silicone ear tip replacements but u can buy those anywhere for cheap and the setup is really easy also i would like to say the free case was a nice addition EDIT: so a day later everything works fine but they did include a charger and case which i really appreciated but the charger didnt work which scared me because i thought it was the case but luckily it was just the charger

I bought these because I left mine at a job I was let go from and was unable to get my original AirPods back that I’ve had for about 4 years but let me tell you, Both ear buds work, the case is charging & has VERY GOOD SOUND. I was skeptical seeing the other reviews like anyone would be but I’m happy I bought it 10/10. Get yourself a pair!!! 😍😍 ( did not come with case, bought separately)

Great little airpods, i’ve had them for about a month now and they have worked great. The noise cancellation is nowhere near the pros 2nd gen but I don’t need that much noise cancellation and it saved me nearly $100. The battery life is definetly not the best but like I said with the noise cancellation i’m not doing anything strenuous with them.

Apple has annoyed me from the earliest days of the personal computer. I have a couple of iPads because there was no alternative for a specific use I have for them. However, I generally resent Apple’s control over all aspects of their products, and I especially resent their corporate abuse of the world, from abandoning American manufacturing to their profiteering from the sweat of enslaved people in China.
Now that I have that off my chest, I have to say that after trying countless alternatives, there is no real competition. The noise cancellation is amazing. The first few days I was using them, I shocked myself by pulling one out of my ear and suddenly being swamped by ambient noises that went away as soon as I put it back.
The sound fidelity is vastly superior to anything else I’ve used. It’s not always pleasant however, as they reveal noises in some of my recordings that I was blissfully unaware of before! On the plus side, the imaging and depth of music is far beyond anything I’ve experienced.
The battery life and ease of charging is again superior to anything else I’ve tried. For the last few years I used a popular alternative, and I cursed every time I had to try and retry everything I could think of to get the charging pins to make contact with both earbuds. With the AirPods, I simply drop the mic end into the charging box and in short order they are back to 100%.
People I talk with over the phone notice the difference too. So, evidently, the mics are way better than the other buds I’ve used.
I bought them “renewed”, I.e. returned, because I resisted giving Apple the full price. If I knew what I do now, I might have untied my cheap fingers and sprung for the full price. Oh well.

This why I always fw refurbished things. Works amazing, came in excellent condition, amazing quality for an nice price,, I didn’t even know it came with a case and charger so that’s a plus, ONLY thing that was a problem was that the charger it came with didn’t work but considering the fact that I wasn’t expecting one in the first place idk lol

WOULD LIKE TO CLARIFY — The initial review was 5 stars and still holds up with regards to the product itself, but the new 1 star review is due to a few things. For starters, the initial pair of Airpods ceased to play audio on the left side, despite charging overnight and several restarts. ‘No big deal, I’ll send them back for a replacement’, I thought. I did, and today I received a ‘replacement’ consisting of an EMPTY AIRPOD PRO BOX. No case, no obvious tamper protection (the initial pair had tape on the box, this had absolutely nothing so clearly someone had already rifled through it) — absolutely pathetic showing. I purchased this refurbished pair from ‘A4C Online’ and would like to tell anyone looking at this review now to STAY AWAY FROM THEM. The text of the initial review has been preserved below for posterity and because I still agree that the Airpods themselves are an excellent product; but do yourself a favor and buy from someone else, specifically Apple directly if you can afford the extra cost.

Bought for my son to replace a pair of Airpod 1s he had for two years which stopped holding a charge on right earbud, I’ll let him write this review.
‘I’m typically not an Apple person. In fact, I’m literally using these on a Samsung phone. I’ve always taken Apple products to be shoddy or inferior to other brands, but usually more expensive due to the brand recognition. I got a pair of original Airpods for free from a friend who’d upgraded, so I figured I might as well use them. They served well for a couple years but had a lot of minor flaws that stacked up into big annoyances altogether — major noise bleed (I could hear EVERYTHING outside my headphones if something wasn’t playing), subpar battery life (about 3-4 hours? Could just be because they were used, but still), really poor build quality, unintuitive controls for playing, pausing, etc. These solve EVERY PROBLEM I had, and honestly blew my mind. The quality is a noticeable step up — not incredible, but definitely more than you’d expect from earbuds of this size. They fit very snugly in the ears and don’t fall out easily at all. The ANC noise cancellation is AMAZING, you literally can’t hear any other background noises. The battery life is LONG and I’m still not sure how long it lasts, I had these on and playing for at least 3 or 4 hours and I didn’t even get a low battery warning. Since we got these at a bit of a discount (roughly $168 due to these being renewed), I am absolutely 100% happy with the price to quality ratio. $200 for them direct from Apple is a bit much, but $150-$170 is a good price. You will not regret buying a pair of Airpod Pros!’
