Bought two pair. Both broken
i bought two pairs of these headphones. I like this style and brand. Idk if it was just a bad batch or the sellers fault. But one pair didn’t work and the others audio quality was the worst I have ever heard. Both completely useless. Have never had issues like this before.

Unfortunately the adapter wouldn’t fit my phone, but all I had to do was email the retailer. They were very prompt in acknowledging my concern and agreed to send another adapter. Great customer service!

Reliant Cellular first shipping me the wrong item (Lighting to 3.5mm). Their customer service department was very helpful and offered to ship the correct item. Unfortunately, the correct item (USB-C to 3.5mm) was defective.
