Left Ear no Sound
I gave this to my husband for Christmas and there is no sound coming out of the left ear. We assumed it could be the connection cord so we ordered a replacement cord and that didn’t change the fact it was not working.

Great headset/headphones
This headset had great audio and a great mic. They are easily adjustable and have easy controls. Great buy and can even be used as normal headphones. Very simple, plug and play, no charge necessary. Great for gaming!

It was great the noise canceling was good the mic is good but a little loud I like how it comes with a sticker and an adapter and it’s very high quality the only downside is that sometimes the cable will fall out cuz of gravity but other than that it’s a great product

The audio from headset wire to controller continuously cuts out during gameplay. It giving early 2000 wired headphones issues. This headset is new, purchased July25th and Iâm very careful with my equipment. Please find a resolution asap

I ordered these refurbished A10 headphones and they arrived like new. There was the factory cardboard bit still on the headphones that holds the microphone up for shipping. They looked completely unused and work perfectly. Even the microphone is good enough for talk to text on everything I tried them with.
