I got my set of headphones almost a week ago. These will be used by 9th graders in Music Technology Classes. I’ve been using them myself before I hand them to students so I can figure out how they work with our programs and Chromebooks. So far I’m very satisfied that these will be good headphones for my students. They have a nice sound. They block a lot of outside sounds out so that is good with teenagers.The microphone was an added feature that I wasn’t expecting, but after trying it, the microphone works well. If I can get more budget money in the future I would definitely go with these headphones again to replace the ones that my students currently have access too.My only concerns are the following:1. The microphone arm only rotates one side so it has to be on the left side to be used. I hope that students don’t force it and break it the first time they use it.2. For an adult head they aren’t the most comfortable, but for teenagers who will be using them I think that won’t be an issue.3. I like that the cord is fabric, but I’m worried about where it connects to the headphones. It’s a very small connection and I’m worried that it will break, but I could be worried for nothing.
