I don’t know how we lived without this. Due to physical issues, we were having trouble bending over to wash our feet. I spray minimal liquid soap on the mat, step on it with both feet, and wiggle them around. It does a great job.Notes: 1. The mat does not stick to the tub; it moves around. I step on it with both feet, and it doesn’t move. I like using it with both feet because it doesn’t throw me off balance. 2. It comes with one sturdy hook to hang it to use on your back or to hang to dry; it is too heavy for one hook. I rinse off the mat and lay it over the tub to dry. Both of us are pleased with the purchase.
