This is small enough to carry in a bag and also does not take up much desk space when used at home. I like that it has a power feature that will charge your laptop without an added cable, handy if you have a laptop with only 2 USB C ports (something I will never understand). Seems well built like other BENFEI products. I liked it so well I bought an extra one.

As the saying goes, “You get what you pay for.” When it works, it’s perfect. But, it only works 90% of the time. I’m happy with it as a $25 hub. If this were priced the same as the other more expensive hubs, I’d be unhappy. But, for a $25 hub, it’s exactly what I expected.

I was a little concerned after reading some reviews that it didn’t work with their particular computer … but i plugged it into my Dell and it worked well immediately. Good variety of connections and sleek design. I use it constantly with external hard drives, wireless mouse & keyboard, HDMI to a large monitor, and other accessories. Best media I’ve purchased! Easy to setup but stopped working after a week
I can say this laptop dock is small and very plug and Play. However, within a week or two of having it in my office with it stopped working. I came in my office Mond morning to find it just not working anymore. No power or any other signal going to the laptop. It worked before that with no problems. I’m not sure if what changed, it’s just not working. There’s no buttons or anything on it to try to reset it.

AUX port is not working.Monitors were fluctuating on both HDMI ports.USB Keyboard were taking time to accept keys display.USB mouse is also very slow or stuck.Only VGA port is fine to me.Tried replacement, but same issue with one HDMI port and VGA port.
