Valentine’s Day ready!
So cute and great quality. Feels like a nice cotton sweater, not acrylic-y or scratchy. The 18” fits my 45lb golden doodle nicely. I did have to return/exchange the 14” I purchased for my 30lb mini bernedoodle tho bc it was too tight. (Update: the 16” fits my 30lb bernedoodle perfectly) Fun and festive for Valentine’s Day! Great price and feels like it will last for a few seasons

Soft, Warm and Well Made But May Need to Size Up
My small dog lives in sweaters all winter long here in Michigan. So she has a whole collection of Blueberry Pet sweaters and loves them all. She’s never had one with a hood or sleeves before so I thought I would try. I ordered the same size I always get in Blueberry brand but it was way tighter than normal and she could hardly move. So I ended up returning it and getting the next size up. That one works great. She looks absolutely adorable and is so cozy. Just like all our other Blueberry sweaters, it is well made with sturdy seams and thick cozy yarn, not cheap and thin. Another winner!

Cute hoodie for small to medium size dogs
My 8-month 40lb dalmatian puppy is getting cold as winter comes, so I ordered this hoodie for her to keep her warmer. It looks very cute and fits pretty well. The colors are a nice combo and look trendy. A few people have stopped to ask where to get one in just a few days wearing it. My dog wears it well and doesn’t try to take it off or anything, she seems to actually really like wearing it around the house.My dalmatian is about 20″ tall at the shoulders, 18″ long, with a 15″ neck and 24″ chest, so the 16″ size seemed to be the most appropriate, but I ordered the 20″ size as well in case it fit better, or if she keeps growing. The 16″ size fits pretty well, about as snug as it should be for a dog, and fits her form nicely. It is slightly too short for her however, and I wish it was about 18″ long to cover her whole back. Additionally, the hood is too small to really reach her head, but it still looks nice to have the hood down. The attached pictures are of the 16″ size.The 20″ size on the other hand fit huge on her. It is not only longer, but the neck and leg openings are also *much* wider, so it really didn’t fit her at all, despite her measurements fitting right in between the two sizes. I don’t even think my dog would ever grow into the larger 20″ size because the proportions are just so different from the 16″ size. So I am planning on returning it.I haven’t tried washing it yet, hopefully it doesn’t shrink, I will update my review if it does. But overall I really like it!UPDATE 11/14/18: Have now washed it a few times and it is holding up well. I decided not to try drying it.

Soft sweater that fits perfectly
I have a different sweater from Blueberry Pets that I bought a year or so ago for my other little dog and this one is just as good quality and just as soft. It also fits just as well. One of the top reasons I ordered another of these sweaters, in addition to the things I already listed is that it has a spot for a harness. This means I can walk my littles and they can keep their sweaters on when it’s cold outside. Anyone who has little dogs know that they get colder than other sized dogs much easier; at least short haired littles do.They’ve both been washed a few times and the sweaters haven’t shrunk, although I admit that I haven’t put them in the dryer because the washing instructions say not to. They also haven’t faded or stretched weirdly.I went with this brand due to their quality that I was already familiar with and because the sweater goes all the way down their backs and go further down their bellies than other brands so more of their bodies are covered. There’s no point in having your dog wear a sweater when it doesn’t cover but half of their body. My girls are chihuahua mixes and both have longer backs so finding something that fits well is a bit of a challenge.At any rate, I’ll be ordering more of these, and if you’re reading reviews trying to decide I’d say you should just go ahead and get one, too. My guess is that you won’t be disappointed.

MY. DOG. LOVES. THIS. HOODIE. Loves. Luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuvs. (P.S. – Did I mention loves? Loves.)She actually goes and gets it out of the box that has her leash and toys and brings it to her bed as a sign she wants to put it on, but she has no opposable thumbs, so, sadly, she cannot. Then she gets upset when we take it off. It’s so cute and comfy looking on the dog that actually every woman in this house wishes she had one in her respective size and feels sad such a thing does not exist (hint Blueberry Pet HINT!!)The only warning I have (yes, a warning) is that giving this to the dog seems to have made the dog think she is a person now. Kind of like Dobby the elf in the Harry Potter series. She’s started trying to speak (which typically results in squeaky, ear-piercing flute-like noises which she realizes are like fingernails on a chalkboard so she saves them for when she wants to be nonstop petted for 13 straight hours or doesn’t want to get her nails clipped) and attempts to walk bipedally (ye olde circus type fun) and demands a spot at the dinner table and I think I even saw her trying to use the toilet the other day and I have to say, walking in on that was just… awkward.Just awkward.Nice dog hoodie though.

confusing sizing
I bought another Blueberry sweater in size 14 length. I love the thickness and stretch, but it’s too big. I kept it and sewed it so it fits my Shih tzu fine now. So ordering this Blueberry in a 12 length should have been perfect. But there is no stretch and it is way too small for her 17 inch girth. So frustrating. I should point out the the 14 is a solid cable knit, unlike this thin sweater with no stretch. I gave it three stars because while I have to return it, it’s pretty and would have been good for a cool day….not when very cold out.

Slightly too big for our toy poodle/mystery terrier mixed breed, she measured correctly for it and the next size down would be probably be too small. She’s not bothered, she’s just been clipped and is lovely and cosy now she’s got this. It’s tight enough round her neck not to move about, and she can do all her ‘necessaries’ without needing to remove it. She’s spending 24/7 in it as days and nights are so cold right now, and she’s one very happy old lady. It’s so cute, very well made and I’m tempted to get another. I’ll probably only get this one off her if I do 😉

Zauberhafter Colourblock Pulli für meinen Bully…Lou trägt ihn sehr gerne. Muss über den Kopf gezogen werden, dass sollte der Hund mögen bzw tolerieren. Leiert nicht aus und geht auch im Spiel nicht kaputt. Zieht keine Fäden und wärmt im einstelligen Temperaturbereich ausreichend. LouLou hat mit 5 Monaten eine Schulterhöhe von 30cm, Rücken 40, Hals 38 bei 10kg KG. Passt Bullies hervorragend, und hat an der Brust noch Spiel.
