Top clumping litter – Perfect for Litter Robot!
1 month update:Not a trace of litter stuck to my cat’s paws! Success! Noticeably less tracking onto the floor, zero dusty footprints, minimal odor… This is my new go-to litter. It’s a little pricier but the fact that there’s no perfume and it clumps so much quicker makes it totally worth it. I’m noticing that it lasts longer, too. Less $$$ spent on litter robot bags, less cleaning, less stress.Original ReviewI’ve been using FreshStep with Febreeze ever since my cat was a kitten and it’s been pretty good. Great odor control with a catch. It takes a long while to clump (about 15+ min) and if my cat scratches it to bury, it gets stuck to her paws and she ends up eating it to clean it off. It’s super sticky when wet and tracks everywhere. Since I got the Litter Robot 4, the litter always got stuck to the bottom and it made a huge mess. I had to clean it every week by hosing it off outside.The Boxie top clumping litter is a game changer. As soon as my cat pees on this, it’s clumped up and the pee rarely has a chance to get to the bottom of the litter robot where it gets stuck to the rubber. So far, the odor control has been pretty decent considering it’s fragrance free. I’ve also noticed a lot less of the litter tracking everywhere.One thing I’m not sure I like is that my cat’s feet no longer smell like febreeze. Usually, when she jumps on my face at 4am, if I smell febreeze, I know she’s just been in the litter. GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!! Now that I’m using boxie, there’s no smell so now I don’t know if I should throw her off the bed or let her snuggle under my blanket with me…. lol In any case, I know she’s not eating litter anymore and I feel better using a non-scented litter. It’s got a lot less dust when pouring, too!

Such amazing litter! Literally no dust!
My previous litter had so much dust and I noticed my cats would sneeze quite a bit especially after using the bathroom. My black cat also had so much dust on her face afterwards too. Definitely did not seem healthy for the cats and also very irritating whenever I’d scoop the litter. I stumbled upon BoxiePro which seemed a bit expensive at first but it definitely saves so much money in the long run. One bag lasts about a month for my 3 cats. It was easy to transition my cats to this one since my previous litter was also clay litter. I just added a little at a time and the cats did not seem to mind. The clumping power of this litter is so efficient so the clumps are smaller than my previous litter. The is no dust at all when I dump it out of the bag or when I scoop. Also it masks smells really well. Highly recommend!

Best litter by far
Such a high quality litter! Minimal to no dust, no odor and best clumping effect considering my cat loves to pee in the same freaking spot lol. A bit pricey compared to others but imo you get better value for the money because it lasts sooooo long. I’m truly amazed. It really lasts 40 days or more looking and smelling like new. Don’t hesitate, get this. Works great with automatic litter boxes as well.

Clean Litter Box AND a Workout!!!
I have 4 cats (including a bengal with extra stinky poo) and 2 litter boxes. I have tried EVERY litter under the sun and nothing comes close to Boxie. With my previous litter I was doing complete box changes every 2 days. With Boxie, I can scoop all week and just do complete changes once a week so I am using WAY less litter than I was with my other brand. I did see some reviews talking about a smell. I have been using Boxie for a few months and have NEVER noticed any smell at all (I am an asthmatic so my lungs would know). I have also noticed significantly less tracking and I no longer have to deal with dust plumes as this is completely dust free.”If its so good why only 4 stars?” So glad you asked. THE WEIGHT! I am 47, in good health, moderate strength, and pride myself in doing most of the diy jobs by myself without my husband. HOWEVER, packing this heavy @$& litter in a flimsy plastic bag that you have to manage to lift up, hold the top of the bag, and then in some form a controlled method pour it in to the litter box is INSANELY hard. By the time I have done 2 extra large litter boxes I am sweating like I ran a marathon, grabbing the aspirin for my back, and telling my husband he is on house duty for the rest of the day. SERIOUSLY BOXIE!! Can you PLEASE find a better way??!! All in all a great product and I will never use another brand (at least as long as back can stand it!)

Our new favorite litter!
After getting my kitten Lilly I decided to use the litter she was used to, which was Tidy Cats. But after a few months I realized how dusty it is! So I went on the hunt for something different. I finally decided on getting BoxiePro and we love it! The dust it puts out is pretty much nonexistent and the clay pieces are the perfect size. It clumps up beautifully and doesn’t track like the tidy cats did. Although My kitty is a bit crazy when it comes to scooping so there’s a little around the box area lol. I also love that it is scent free and I never smell any cat leavings. It is an amazing litter and I’d definitely recommend it!

I don’t think I’ve ever written an Amazon review, but I felt compelled to write my first. I’ve had a very picky cat for 14 years. If he’s the slightest bit unhappy with his litter, he will just poop on the floor. I’ve tried so many different litters it’s insane. I could never find one that I was happy with that he would actually use. I stumbled across this litter and I’m so glad that I did. I now have two cats, and I haven’t changed out this litter in almost a month (I scoop it every day) and magically, SOMEHOW, it doesn’t smell AT ALL. My cat hasn’t pooped on the floor a single time, there’s zero dust, so easy to scoop and it clumps so well. Every time I scoop it, it smells and looks like I just put fresh litter in the box. It’s at a very reasonable price point, especially considering how long it lasts. I highly recommend trying this out.

It’s beyond me how this got so many positive reviews. The only good thing about it is that it’s dust free. Other than that, odor control is non existent, it’s been my least favorite and I had to buy two air purifiers for the two litter boxes I have only because of the lack of odor control. Clumping performance is very low, it crumbles as soon as I try to scoop it. Tracking is THE WORST. I wish I had the same experience of other’s but it was absolutely horrible, it’s dark in color and it’s spread across my entire house. Safe to say, won’t purchase again.

For the amount from 1 bag is expensive but also do note its not really dust free. However, the dust is very low to a minimal. Aside from that, it masks smell very well and low tracking. Its a win for me and my cats.

I’ve been searching for a really good cat litter. BoxieCat comes close; it controls odor really well. That’s the best thing about it. However, it tracks pretty bad. I have a dark hardwood floor, and the white granules get everywhere. Not only that, but the granules will “melt” and stick onto the floor if they become wet, leaving small but conspicuous white spots. The clumping is good, but you have to make sure to fill your box at least 3 inches deep, or else the cat urine sinks to the bottom and sticks. Because it’s on the pricey side, you end up using more litter and replacing it after scooping, so although it prevents odor for up to a month, you actually use more of it. I used to use Arm and Hammer Cloud Control…that litter has less (practically no) dust. BoxieCat is not as dust-free…it’s good, but you can still see dust on the litter scoop and smell the “clay” (despite its claim of being odor-free). Also, one 40 kg bag is incredibly heavy. Not sure if I’ll buy again. Most likely not as it’s expensive and for the reasons mentioned.

I use Instachew’s self leaning litter box with tofu litter pellets, problem was pellets doesn’t absorb the pee fast enough and they don’t cramp so well that lot of it get stuck on the button and the whole room would smell really bad. I tried this for the first time, I have been using this for little over a month and our litter box does not smell at all.I clean the bottom tray weekly and with tofu litter pellets it would be very smelly around 4th days and I had to sprinkle some Arm and Hammer power. But with this litter I don’t have to do that anymore and none of the sand is sticking to the bottom yet!
