What should i do lf there is no sound from the unit or no sound when connected to an external device?
1. Make sure the adapter on the receiver is well connected to your device or remove the adapter and wipe the charging contacts with a clean cloth.
2. Make sure the mic gain is not turned to minimum.
3. Make sure the unit is not muted.
What if the sound of the unit is too low or too loud or even distorted?
Adjust mic gain to the suitable level for recording in the current environment to improve the recording effect.
Current noise or other abnormal noise appears during monitoring?
Make sure there is no interference near the unit. If the noise still exists after changing the unit’s position, please contact seller.
The operating range of the unit is limited and the sound is frequently intermittent?
Make sure there is no interference between the transmitter and receiver. If the intermittent sound still occurs frequently, please contact seller.
Unable to charge the transmitter(s) or receiver via the charging case?
1. Make sure charging contacts of both are in full contact. Wipe the charging contacts with a clean cloth and try again.
2. Press TX/RX placed in charging box to check whether in charging state. lf TX or RX still failed to charge, pls contact seller.

Crystal clear, easy to use.
I’ve tested this mic outdoors in the wind with great results. I also completed a 20-minute audio recording for my business (I recorded a guided meditation while reclining in bed; I just clipped the mic to my tshirt and connected the base/receiver to my iPhone). Results: Outstanding.I processed the audio in Riverside.FM, and removed any “rustling noise” from the beginning and end of the recording with Riverside’s AI feature (it was minimal, and the “fluffy” cover was effective). Everyone who has previewed the meditation says the audio is outstanding.I’m so glad I got this set of 2 mics, so that I can record interviews. The options for the audio receiver plug in (lightning, USB C and aux options) are great. Looking forward to enjoying the 30-hour battery life on long shoots.I am a novice to recording and production, and am very pleased with the ease of use. I highly recommend this product, and the price point is great for the features and quality you receive (did I mention the handy carrying case, which charges all of your items, and stores them securely for transport?). Good Product from a Trusted Brand
I have been using the BOYA BOYALINK wireless mic for two months at this point without any issues. I have been using it mainly for social media and vlogging. The audio quality is much better when using the BOYA mics than just using the mics on my cameras and phone. Although there are less expensive wireless mics on the market, I went with BOYA because they have been in business for a while and have a good reputation. The range is good and I have used them up to 200 feet without any drop in audio quality. I really like the charging case which means I can keep the transmitters and receiver charged while traveling even if a electrical outlet isn’t readily available.

Good to use for non-professional purposes
I’ve been using these microphones for half a year. The sound is only good when you speak into the microphone. However, if the microphone is attached to clothing and is located below, the sound becomes significantly quieter. Unfortunately, this is a minus. But I like that I can use them with different devices and it’s great that there are 2 of them.

The receiver is not working
Since i received this item, it was hard to turn on the receiver, i had issues, sometimes it works some times not, after two months now, the receiver is not working at all even if i put it on charger outside the case, this is upsetting and sad i thought this brand has good quality and built but my money now is gone
