Hubby is a foreman for a roofing company, usually first on the job and last to leave. I just wanted something that’ll help keep him a little warmer when he’s up high and working in rain, snow and wind this winter. Good stuff. He says they last pretty long.

they get very hot, be careful
these warm up at a slow rate, but agitate/shake/squeeze ’em for a minute and it’ll warm up a bit faster. that being said, at full heat you need to be careful. never apply directly to your skin, always keep a decent layer of fabric between your skin and these hand warmers. having common sense will keep you from being burned, and i would say these are definitely not safe for children. get a pair of cheap mittens and cut the tips off, and use those as something to tuck these into and protect your fingers. you’re supposed to hold until your hands warm up, then put them away in a jacket pocket (NOT pants pockets)!

Takes a few minutes to reach full temp, but it does get there. Holds its temp for several hours, in -20C it held up over 6 hrs for me. I assume it could have gone longer but my task ended so I stopped using it after six hours.

Es increÃble lo que llegan a calentar, dirÃa que a 50° por lo menos. No se puede poder dentro de la ropa pegado a la piel, porque llegan a quemar. Con estas bolsitas no nos hizo falta guantes en la nieve. Duran 8 h o más!! Merece la pena por ese precio tan económico. Para mà un gran descubrimiento que utilizaré en mis próximos viajes a destinos frÃos!!
