The only conditioner that has made a difference for my dry hair!
I believe products work for some people, but not for everyone. I rarely write a review, but when reordering this conditioner and noticing some negative reviews, I had to share my experience. I’m in my 60’s, have dry, graying hair with waves and curls. I have tried many, many conditioners, none of which worked for detangling or overall conditioning. This conditioner is the only one that detangles my long hair and leaves it feeling soft. If you have dry, brittle hair like mine, I would suggest you give this a try. If you are wondering, for a leave-in conditioner, I use Mixed Chicks Curl Defining & Frizz Eliminating Leave-In Conditioner. The combination of these two makes my dry, frizzy hair manageable and with plenty of waves and curls. Works for me!

WRONG ITEM ARRIVES…REPEATEDLY!
This Briogeo conditioner is awesome…we love it–and have ordered it from Amazon ten or more times with no issue. But the last few times we’ve ordered it, the DETANGLER has arrived (easy to spot as the Detangler has a ‘trigger’ similar to a cleaning product, while the Conditioner is a ‘pop-up/squeeze’ mechanism)….seems that Amazon is having some issue with how this item is coded at the warehouse as the wrong item keeps arriving, even after a few return-reorder cycles. Otherwise, it’s a great conditioner…expensive, but we feel it’s worth it–effective and doesn’t bother eczema-prone scalp–Thanks!

Love the product. absolutely hate the packing
Love the formula. Makes my hair soft after wash. The scent is also very suttle. The only thing I don’t like about this conditioner is the packing. The pump sucks, i had to pump 10+ times to get enough conditioner for my long hair. Towards the end of the product its becomes impossible to get the rest out. PLEASE change the packing.

Giving this product a 3 star only because of the packaging. The product packaging I received did NOT have a pump lid to it as shown on Amazon. The bottle itself is very hard and not easily squeezable when trying to squeeze out any product. The conditioner is thick which is nice but not nice for trying to pour some out from the bottle even when you turn the bottle upside down for a few minutes. Not sure if this was an Amazon error in packing where the pump spray top was not included or if this is just how the company itself is now packaging it. Other than that the product does great for my hair…Just disappointed that I will need to find a new bottle with a pump top and then try and transfer from one bottle to another in order to use this product more easily..

My daughter has very thick and curly hair. She also has extremely sensitive skin and we have been trying to find fragrance free hygene items for so long. Was excited to get this home and try it. It does absolutely nothing to hydrate, moisturize, detangle, or condition her hair. 3/4 of a bottle left and now collecting dust in my shampoo and conditioner graveyard under my sink. Gave it 2 stars bc as stated, it was fragrance free, and would most likely work fine for someone who doesnt have thick, curly hair.

I’m very disappointed with this conditioner. It made my hair very greasy and caused red itchy spots on my back, which I never normally get. I bought this specifically because it’s marketed as ‘hypoallergenic’ but I don’t think it is. Also, the packaging is terrible as the pump doesn’t work, as other reviewers have mentioned. Not pleased as this wasn’t a cheap conditioner.
