Overall, really cute, the confetti balloons are Mylar, not tissue paper inside. I find tissue paper typically sticks to the balloon better. Donât blow confetti balloons up with your mouth because the moisture in your breath will kill the effect of the confetti sticking to the size. Pasted a few days after inflation
