IT WORKS!
Both of my yorkies had the nastiest breath, even after their regular teeth cleanings at the vet. They want to give me kisses and I always had to back off. A great product for your pet AND you!
After a month of use, I strongly agree that Smarter Water is perfect for those looking to prevent an expensive teeth clearing procedure. I have a five-year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi who is skeptical of medications, so I was pleased to find such an effective and natural product that thoroughly dissolves in her water bowl. Her drinking habits have remained consistent, which tells me that she has not picked up on the product (a major bonus). Given her size, we give her one scoop a-day using the provided measuring tool. While we are only beginning to see the results (whiter teeth and pink gums), I can tell that Smarter Water is working and something worth repurchasing. Our Corgi will be going in for a check-up soon and I am looking forward to hearing the vets feedback following the daily addition of Smarter Water. Ultimately, Smarter Water is not only great for your pet, but it also saves owners from the repugnant aroma of your animal’s stinky breath!

Hard to determine effectiveness
I’ve had no issues introducing this to our 2 dogs and a cat. They all drink the water without issue. There has not been any improvement on breath at this point after several weeks. Maybe over time but I probably would not repurchase.

My dogs breath is better
Just a tiny little scoop into their water and it easily dissolves. My dog did not drink his water after I first placed this in so I believe that they can taste a difference. I do have a very picky dog. After a few days, I could tell he was drinking his water. I’m going to continue with this product because I smell results.

An easy way to keep your dog’s teeth clean
I was happy to have a natural alternative as so many products I have seen have not worked or contained Chlorine and chemicals. I started putting this product in my dog’s water about 6 months ago and have seen very good results. I noticed my dog’s breath had improved after only a week. I get my dog’s teeth cleaned infrequently because English bulldogs are at high risk for having anesthesia which they normally do for other breeds. After 6 months I took Bruno to the vet for his yearly check-up, and I was told that his teeth looked clean, and no professional cleaning was needed. I was so happy to hear this because it is expensive to clean his teeth due to his age and his breed. Use it as directed every day for the best results. Some of these other products have “Chlorine Dioxide” so be aware that the FDA has warned consumers to avoid chlorine dioxide supplement products.

I got this because the ingredients are natural and it doesn’t contain any nasty chemicals like fluoride. It doesn’t seem like a daily necessity, but that’s just my opinion based on no credentials other than lots of years of dog care.
