Great Mix
Great mix, birds agreed especially the cardinals

The birds seemed to like it
The neighborhood birds definitely seemed to like this. However, I wouldn’t say it’s necessarily better for attracting cardinals. There didn’t seem to be a difference in the number of cardinals visiting the feeder with this and any other bird seed.

Excellent Value! The Birds Around Me Went Bonkers For This When I Put It Out! So Fun.
As a person that doesn’t have a lot of experience with birds but loves putting food out for them and watching them as they gather ’round, I’m extremely happy with Cardinal Blend Bird Food. I have one feeder in my yard with a camera and a second feeder that fits in my windowsill and they enter into it to get the seed, and they love this stuff! I’ve only been feeding and watching them consistently for a couple of years, so it’s still a lot of fun for me to pull out my bird book and figure out what type of birds are bickering out there. :)One thing I’ll note is that the bag does not have a zip seal on it.The birds are very happy with this mix of sunflower hearts/kernels and safflower seeds, and I’m very happy with the excellent value.

Enjoyed by all
This cardinal blend bird food is a really good mix. As you can see, all the animals in the backyard really enjoyed it. I could not keep the squirrels out of it so I did brave the code and put some in a hanging protected feeder and the deer got to it. While this is more of an expensive mix, I definitely would get it again and put it in the higher hanging birdfeeders so just the Cardinals and maybe finches could enjoy it. It’s always nice to keep the birds fed during the winter and to get to see their beautiful color.

Looks Good But Birds Aren’t Eating It
I love waste-free bird feeds as the ground is less messy after they eat. But, I filled my front platform feeder a week ago and the birds have barely touched it. They don’t seem to like it compared to the similar waste-free mix I purchase locally. I don’t know what they don’t like, but we even had a squirrel come up to that platform feeder and the squirrel walked away, too. I can only give a three-star rating as something about the food isn’t winning our bird feeder friends over.

Big bag!
This is a big heavy bag of seed. Will last a few weeks easily. Not all, birds enjoy it but some do.

Attracts lots of birds
I have a camera bird feeder, and I tried to attach a video of the mob of birds out there, but that didn’t work out. My backyard birds love this feed. I am seeing flocks of cardinals, sparrows, finches and even white winged doves. I have attached a photo of a happy visitor. Some of the birds have knocked some feed onto the ground, and they are swarming both the feeder and the ground below. This is a wonderful treat for them.

Really is quality seed
I usually buy bags of black oil sunflower seed at a big box store & compared to Happy Wings’ seed, what the big box stores sell is clearly inferior. Happy Wing’s seed smells like a fresh bag of sunflower seeds, it’s nutty and clean – compared to this product, the big box seed smells stale and dusty. This seed also has the added benefit of not germinating so you won’t have a weedy patch of sunflower starters under your feeder.
