Best tarp I’ve purchased.Purchased this as a winter cover for a 20′ pontoon. Covered perfectly with adequate coverage on both sides and bow to stern.I used 2 internal posts to prop it up so the water would run off it, unfortunately they failed after a significant rain fall.However the tarp held up amazing well. The grommets were stretched due to water weight, but did not tear or damage the integrity of the tarp. The tarp itself held the water until it could be drained off, keeping the carpet dry.I’ve added another cover post hoping to keep rain water running off of it, fingers crossed.

They’re “ok”
I purchased them for use in my rescue. They’re a little thin- not quite long term use. They’re easy to clean and easy to fold. The grommets are pretty decent.They’re great for protection- but not heavy rain.

Not what we expected
We purchased this tarp to use as a grass/weed barrier. The hunter green is practically black and much darker than pictured in the photos of tarp in use. We put the 20’x30′ tarp down on Saturday evening, using 9″ long 8 gauge galvenized steel tent pegs, leaving the tarp loose/puckery for it to relax a bit yet held down due to breezey evening. The next morning the tarp had begun shrinking after just a couple hours of morning sun, so we loosened the pegs. When we returned home around noon, the tarp had shrunk even more and was stressing/stretching the grommet holes. The shrinkage was so bad it actually bent many of the heavy duty pegs! We put weights around the middle of the tarp to hold it down and removed the majority of pegs. By Wednesday the tarp had shrunk to be 19’x29′ so we gave up and removed it. Didn’t expect it to shrink an entire foot around and possibly continue to shrink. The tarp was quite heavy and sturdy feeling and we had high hopes however it didnt meet the challenge for our application and 8 hours of morning/mid-day sun.

Tarp works well, held up well in strong wind, Tie down eye holes are 39 inches apart, i wish they would make eye holes 24 inches apart, but I have not seen any.

Good quality tarps, nice and thick, hopefully will last a while. Only issue is the grommets are not evenly spaced, on 2 sides the 2nd grommet is very close to the corner
