Fine. But not high CRI.
Seems like it’s the case with all the COB lights here. There is clear obvious and large gap in the ‘cyan’ region between 450nm and 500nm. I immediately noticed the off-color compared to my other traditional high CRI LED strips. These appear purplish-reddish white and ‘fluorescent’ in color, not a pleasing warmish white. in more technical terms they do not lie on the blackbody locus.I soldered up some known good quality high CRI 3000K LEDs (you can see the part number) and you can see them in the second picture. They have a CCT=3000K, CRI or Ra > 90, and are within a MacAdam 3 step ellipse, within the VU binning, the center of the ellipse being CIE_x = 0.4338 and CIE_y = 0.4030. You can clearly see the difference in the output at the 450 to 500nm area (the cyan area on the CD disc)
