So far, excellent
16-17 weeks pregnant, was about to take a 10-11 hour car ride and decided to buy these socks b/c they were recommended for pregnant women travel. 1.5 hours in the drive, i had to pull out these socks and put them on (wish i had put them on BEFORE the start of the drive). My feet felt so light upon wearing which I guess that my legs/feet were already swollen a bit, my calf felt a little tight with the sock. After a couple hours, my legs felt normal with the socks helping regulate the blood flow and swelling went down. Will be putting these on BEFORE our 10 hr ride back.Pricey, but worth it. Breathable too. Only con is trying to get them ON, since theyâre tight (and itâs already hard putting socks on while pregnantâ¦) but I will try rolling them first to put over the foot/heel and then spread up the calf.

Just What I Needed
Iâve avoided compression socks, though my primary care doctor told me I would benefit from wearing them. My past experience was that they were way too tight near my knee and they caused pain from that. My left leg from the knee down has had a tendency to swell, when I am on my feet, on either side of my shinbone and it was not a comfortable feeling. This started after my first knee replacement 5 years ago. After having my second replacement 3 months ago, my right lower leg also started giving me discomfort, I tried to wear a tubular sleeve that the therapist recommended, but with my large legs, they would ride down pretty quickly. The calf on my right leg would throb when I laid down to go to bed, making for a miserable nightâs sleep.I decided to give the Compact socks a try. They arrived today and I was amazed at how good they âfelt.â They were not too tight right below my knee and for the most part, I didnât notice them at all.I only bought one pair to see what I thought. Iâll be buying more in the future.

Almost Perfect!
I bought the pink socks, and I love them! They are almost perfect!I bought these compression socks because 2 of my doctors suggested wearing them to reduce swelling in my legs and to help with blisters on the back of my legs from edema. I have blisters again, but I haven’t been wearing the socks daily because I only have one pair and these were expensive to get. I find the fit to be fantastic — the compression is great, it doesn’t squeeze my toes, the heel is perfect, and I’m able to wear them all day. I tried sleeping in them, and quickly found out that I should NOT have done that (my physical therapist, who was the 3rd person suggesting the socks, told me it’s never a good idea to sleep in compression socks). Anyway, I’m not sure if I had trouble sleeping in them because of them being compression socks or if it’s because I had to roll down the top and it was squeezing the top part of my calf… That’s my only complaint about these socks — for a small size pair, they are really long on short people. I’m 4’11” and find this to be an issue. But I’d still buy the socks anyway as I don’t feel any discomfort while wearing them during the day. Besides, most compression socks are ugly and I found the pink ones to be extra cute!

Helpful Compression
My legs swell when I sit for a while, on long rides, on airplanes, after walks, and even worse when itâs warm. Iâve tried compression stockings before, but the fit was so bad I just found them very uncomfortable and ineffective. I have a small foot (shoe size), short legs, but wide calf. After seeing a lot of recent advertisements for ânewâ compression socks, and hoping for some relief, I decided to give these Komrad brand socks a try. I was very pleased to find sizing in regular and wide calf. I ordered a medium wide calf. Iâm pleased to report the foot is a great fit, and the calf felt good – noticeable compression but not uncomfortable. Unfortunately the length is too long for me, so I turned the cuff down. Today was the Komrad socksâ maiden voyage. I wore them all day, including a 3 hour car ride and 10K steps sightseeing, all in summer heat. They were comfortable to wear all day, even with the tops turned down. My feet/legs were a little warm, but to be fair, that would likely be the case with regular socks in this heat. This evening I peeled them off, and was happy to see way less swelling than usual. Iâll take that. Looking forward to more comfortable activities in my Komrad socks.

The Best Compression Socks Ever !!
Worn during a very long flight overseasSo comfortable, I forgot that I had them on !!

comfortable and stylish
These compression socks are far superior to the drugstore version. They look just like regular socks, but support better and are much more comfortable than their nylon fabric counterparts. They are a tiny bit long for my calves, but I was able to distribute the extra fabric to keep them positioned on a long flight.

Too Tight
I bought the large wide calf size of these compression socks. I had to take them off after a short time as they were hurting my legs. The knee band at the top had already made an indent in my legs. Based upon the size chart the large wide calf size should have been the correct size or even a little large. I was hoping to use them for an upcoming trip but ist just isn’t going to work out for me. My daugher bought a three pair set and she loves the socks she bought.

Wore them to Europe!
These socks were great. Wore them on a trip to Europe. They were comfortable, not constricting. Going to wear them around the house at home, they are so comfortable. Easy to get on..

These were knockoffs. They didnât have the brand name like they should have and didnât have any stretch like compression socks should. Waste of money and I sent them back.
