Unhappy with it for the price
Paid a little more for this one thinking it would be better. It’s about as slow as my other one. The wifi keeps shutting off randomly on it. It’s fine on every other device in my house. When I trouble shoot, it says turn on wifi. Then I try and it takes forever for it to turn it on, and I have to restart the computer and try again.The adapter that came with it is also junk. The computer keeps saying itâs incompatible and then only charges half the time. I believe I was sent an old power cord. If not, itâs at least defective. My cheaper laptop worked better than this one. It’s a big disappointment.Edit: ended up returning because it stopped charging completely. I contacted the seller, and they never got back to me, so I went through Amazon and they were friendly and let me return. Donât recommend buying computers from this seller. There are lots of other sellers to buy computers from on Amazon.

Persistent memory or hardware issue
Have had for almost a year and reinstalled windows twice attempting to resolve issue. Device will freeze or lock up during use. CPU and Memory use low when issue presents. Diagnostics clean. Have set windows enhancements off still no resolution. Makes long term use of device frustrating.
