I love this! We have a corgi, so he’s a bit smaller than some doggos. However, I don’t think it looked too big on him at all. This would be great for small and big dogs. It’s the perfect size. The strings to tie it on also make it easier to make it bigger for a dog with a bigger neck. This is well-made and a great buy!
