i have owned several coffee mug warmers over the years, because who likes lukewarm coffee (or in my case hot tea)? I’m fairly certain the person who designed this one has owned a few of these as well. It was very thoughtfully made and has quickly become my favorite. First of all I have owned the ones that have a pressure plate and when you put your mug down it immediately begins warming which sounds incredibly convenient, but has actually “burned” me a few times, pun intended, and instead of warming the contents of my mug has melted another item that was accidently laid on it. This one has a power button which is another step, but also a safety feature that prevents disaster. In addition to an on/off switch it has 3 settings so you can determine just how hot you would like your liquid to be. It also doubles quite well as a candle warmer!! Last, but certainly not least is the ingenious idea of adding a pull out charger for your phone. One plug, one item, 3 different uses 2 of which can happen concurrently. That is a win/win in my book. Yes, it does charge your phone. It will charge it through your phone’s case and it does an admirable job of it. Nothing takes the place of a plug directly into your phone’s charger port, but for what it is it works surprisingly well. If your looking for a coffee warmer this is the one that you want.

I love all features and the look of this warmer. However, warm is not quite warm enough. It works fine with a small amount in the cup but if more than half a cup, the top of beverage does not stay warm. The lower part of beverage will get warm though.

Awesome accessory for my work desk. I am able to keep my big mug full of coffee warm while also charging my phone. Win/win. The mug warmer has three temperature settings, and the charging dock for the phone charges at a decent rate. Not a fast charging dock, but it doesnĆ¢ĀĀt state that on the listing. There is also a usb port to add a different charging cable if needed.

I like the way the charger slides out of the device, but the reason I knocked a star off is from my perspective, being completely blind, there is nothing to indicate when the temperature changes. I have one which beeps when the buttons are touched, this one doesn’t. Otherwise, great product.
