    Great lightweight tent
The tent is lightweight, packs up small and it easy to set up. I set it up in light rain and it did get some water leakage near the head if the tent. They provide you with some seam sealer and once I applied it there was no more leakage. Great value for the price.

    Great quality!
This is a really awesome tent! I’ve set up a few times! It took a few tries to get it set really well, but it’s a really nice tent! Extremely well ventilated, very light weight! I would buy this over so many others!I’m just a normal person so I can’t really afford the other ultralight tents so this is perfect for me. I don’t plan on ever getting another backpacking tent.Just set it up last night to undergo a night of 35 mph wind gusts and heavy rain. And a day of rain back to back. And while it did develop a puddle in the foot end of the tent (outside) the inside remained dry except for a puddle that I’ll have to investigate further.

Light, user friendly, a few flaws – condensation galore!!!
I’m really pleased with this tent. It’s half the price of most ultra light tents, and generally, I’m very pleased – but do have a few things to warn about.Good things first: this is so easy to set up! The pockets for the trekking poles are really helpful, and it comes with plenty of stakes. The tent is very light. The material feels sturdy. There is tons of head room, so even though it’s pretty small, it doesn’t feel terribly cramped. I loved having vestibules and entry on both sides. Now for the flaws: the zippers for the mesh doors are cumbersome. There’s not enough tension to be able to fully unzip with one hand. Not a big deal, just a bit obnoxious. There is no set up guide nor instruction booklet, and the online video is fairly limited. It would be nice to have a set of instructions with the tent.Lastly, and most unfortunately, is condensation. I’m sure part of this problem was user error, as you need particular tension to get the vent at the head of the tent to be taught. We camped 2 nights – the first was in light rain, and we woke with a thin layer of condensation all along the ceiling panels. It was enough to rain on us if we touched the ceiling. We were able to wipe it off and get it mostly dry.Night 2 though we had heavy rain that turned to sleet. We ended up with so much condensation that we had water soaking the hood and foot of our sleeping bag, and seeping up under the mats and onto the pad sheets. There was so much moisture inside the tent that we had to leave our trip early as there would be no way for us to effectively dry out gear.Overall still very pleased with this tent. We will still plan to take this on many adventures in the future, but will have to find other options for rainy or very cold trips. Hopefully in future iterations of the tent there will be better ventilation to help prevent such terrible condensation!I would still recommend this as a starter tent to anyone looking to get into backpacking. Just make sure to do a few practice set ups and maybe leave it out in the rain once to check how the condensation might affect you!

Trekking pole tents are the way to go and this is a good one
Firstly I really love the trekking pole tent style as it gives the trekking poles dual purpose and less weight in the pack. The pole pocket is another feature I greatly appreciate as I won’t have the problem I’ve had with other trekking poles tents of having the pole slip around during set up and struggling to find the right spot. I also like the two pole design as Im not feeling squished in my tent afraid I’m my sleep I’ll hit the pole.I was surprised that it was one full unit and not a mesh with a rain fly separate. This is actually something I really like in its set up as it makes it quick and easy. Also if having to set up in a slight drizzle the inside will remain dry.The choice in having the stiffeners in the footing is an awesome feature but I’m confused why its only on one side. However it does help me find the edge to start the set up with. The flooring is probably my largest concern. It is so thin it makes me nervous, despite the descriptions assurance that it can withstand the rough ground. The tri-stakes the tent comes with are the tiniest ones ive ever seen and too short for my taste so i will be buying third party ones and i also dont like the hook ones though they are surprisingly thick but still very lightweight weight.I absolutely love the fact this tent is dual entry. I will probably use one door to enter and exit from and use the other side to access my pack. The fact i can see the sunset from one side and the sunrise from the other in the morning is just a luxury feature to me.I’m curious how this tent will handle high winds considering how tall it is. Im not sure if it’s shape is the best for that kind of condition. Edit: this tent is a champ in wind and rain. I did have to buy a new tube of sealant for the seams to finish it not enough in the tube sent. I only wanted to add one tie out of the regular 6 stakes on the loop in the middle of the side your feet go on.This has been the easiest and quickest tent I have ever set up, I’m really excited to set it up again and use it some more

    Lightweight and easy setup
I was wanting a lighter solo tent and could not bring myself up to spending $600+ for the zpacks or Dursten. I have not taken this on the trail yet but it is very lightweight, compresses very small and was simple to setup. I will need to use my mummy style pad as the width is a little tight. The headroom was great and plenty of room to sit up. Large vestibules can easily handle my pack and shoes.

If you are on the fence about this tent BUY it, it blows the other competition out of the water in this price point, materials are high quality and I have no doubt it will last years to come. We have only used this tent once so far and we were impressed not just with the room but the ventilation this tent provides. I would buy again from this company and hopefully one day soon my next purchace will be their top quilt to go with the tent.

This tent is incredibly lite weight with fantastic water repellant technology, it offers a unique and practical design with loads of small details like a bathtub style floor, 2 functional vestibules, additional lash points for alternate securing methods, great ventilation, compression bag feature etc I recommend this 1P tent due to its efficiency in the backcountry as well the tent construction, quality and price point!
