I had a Fitbit Charge 3 tracker for several years & the illumination on it became too dim to read. I just wanted to track steps, stairs, & BPM’s. The Inspire 3 tracker had these features, was more compact and was priced well. I am very pleased with it so far. The face is very easy to see even in sun. For someone who wants just the basics for activity tracking I would recommend the Inspire 3.

This is a great, affordable option for people who just need the basics without the bulky build of other smartwatches. It has a sleek look that can be customized with different band options and looks really cute in a bracelet stack. I personally use it to track my heart rate, and I like that it records it overnight for me too. The sleep tracking feature also helps me properly plan my day according to the amount of rest I got to prevent extra fatigue. I’ve used it in beauty school and outdoors and never experienced any bugs or issues in general (I do take it off if I know I’ll be splashing water around, protect your devices), so the functionality is amazing. The different band sizes accommodate a huge range of sizes, but I bought a separate elastic band because the standard ones aren’t very comfortable for long-term wear and may cause irritation after a while, especially if you’re sweating or washing your hands a lot.

I had the Inspire 2 & what I read, the Inspire 3 was more to my suiting. The face is much easier to read while exercising due to larger numerals & brightness. Also, no more need to activate the readings with my other hand. Just a flick of the wrist. Lots of customizations are also available.

Easy to wear. Reasonable price for a basic tracker. I use it to track number of steps and heart rate. I am 80 yrs old and it keeps me moving. I’ve been using a Fitbit tracker since I retired 10 years ago. I feel it has kept me honest and healthy.

Although this product says it syncs with Apple, it only syncs to the Fitbit App. It does not sync to Apple Health unless you get a 3rd party app.

I like the steamlined look of the tracker. Time display is bold and easy to read but step count and other displays are a bit small, but otherwise very satisfied. Pairs easily with my wellness app. Relatively easy to change bands (additonal styles/colors of bands were purchasedseparately).
