I used this on some throw rugs, as well as along baseboards where the vacuum doesn’t do as good of a job. It worked well picking up cat hair, but part of the rubber squeege strip along the side tore off on the first use after about 15 minutes. Overall happy with it for the price paid.

Fabulous for getting rid of hair
I bought this because I shed so much. This tool is great for picking up hair on my clothes and in my car. You would think I had an Afghan Hound, which I do not. This brush is also washable with soap and water which I appreciate.

Works on cat hair.
I have two short haired cats. I have used this to clean the cat tree, which is beige, and largely used by my black cat. It works great with very little effort on that surface which is carpeted. The cat hair builds up on the top where there is a circular bed. It was a lot of black hair and the vacuum did virtually no good at all, even with the fancy tools. I recommend this for cat hair. It was a lot easier than vacuuming.

Great non-adhesive cat fur remover for woven fabric.
I’ve used lint rollers, old fashioned fabric lint removers, those tightly-spiraled metal fur and hair removers, vacuums and even duct tape. This was recommended by a fellow cat owner. I gave it a shot, and surprisingly it did a pretty darn good job of ‘rubbing’ the cat fur off of my couches.The fabric on my furniture is a weave. The fur burrows into it and is impossible to remove completely, but this did a pretty good job-better than expected and better than all the other methods I listed. (Though I suggest you take the bulk off with a vacuum first.) I’ve also used this around the baseboards where the vacuum does’t do much. It’s fairly effective!One concern-it did take a bit of the fluff from the furniture’s weave off, too. After a while I imagine it could wear away the fabric. So, if you use this, don’t go crazy with it or you might start putting holes in your couch. (I bet this would be fantastic on furniture made of leather, vinyl, or suede.)RECOMMEND, BUT WITH CAVEATS.

Used it to get stuck pet hair out of my vehicle fabric. Wish I found earlier, as a carpet brush was way to hard on the carpet and vacuums just couldn’t get the pet hair out. Great product !

Funciona muito bem em tecidos suede e linho. Tira pelos muito facilmente dessas superfícies.Na pelúcia (material de boa parte de arranhadores para gatos) já não funciona tããão bem. Ajuda, mas não é tão eficaz.Para roupas não funciona quase nada.Comprei para limpar o sofá e os arranhadores de pelúcia, mas também funciona relativamente bem em cobertas e edredons — para tirar os pelos dos felinos antes de lavar na máquina e não estragar o equipamento.Num geral, é muito bom.

We use this for cleaning hair and hay off our guinea pig mats before putting them in the washing machine and it works great for this. Can easily be washed off and used for different things without transferring hair etc around.
