Beware. make sure its not used
The box came open and the product sometimes works but sometimes does not work. it’s not my device as I have checked thoroughly. I work remotely from home so it’s unfortunate that this is not a product that is stable in the workplace as I used it to help facilitate my vocational practice. but when it does work, omg, its amazing!! there’s no echoing or static sound, you don’t hear yourself as you speak, the cushioning around the ears are perfectly snug so there’s no external noise distracting you. It’s literally amazing when it does work. I pick the color pink and it’s exactly as advertised on the visual display. It’s a matte pink. It’s super cute. a bit too snug if you plan to wear it for hours at a time but im sure it will loosen over time to fit a persons head. Too bad they gave me a bonk product, honestly bummed.

Great Price, Good Quality
I’m a 40-year-old single father with three kids. This is the second pair of these headphones I have purchased for my teenage son. He uses it for gaming almost daily at his computer and on his portable Nintendo. After two years of regular use, the sound started to go out on the first pair. After two years of rough treatment and regular use by a teenager, I felt this was a reasonable failure.Recommendation: I would recommend these for kids and teenagers who enjoy gaming on their computers or portable devices. Parents who don’t want to be driven crazy by their kids playing games in the same room.Pro:1. Great price2. good sound3. good quality4. Limits noise of kids gaming in the room with parentsCon:1. Cord limits distance from the computer (not a con for my son’s set up but could be for some people)

Update: changed from 4 stars to 1 star
Final Edit/Update: So the tip of the plug in part actually broke off in my daughter’s fire and is stuck in there. So although the customer service has been great I can no longer recommend this product and have taken this from a 4 star to a 1 star review.2nd Edit/Update: Since getting the replacements we have not had an issue and they have continued to hold up with moderate use.Edit/Update: So the second one we purchased broke also; same issue as the first. Once again great customer service and they responded promptly to my concern. Just a bit disappointed that they seem to have the same defect and both broke within 2 months of initial purchase, especially since my daughters find them very comfortable. Will see how the replacements do and will update if they have the same issue.Initial: So I ordered two of these for my 4 & 6 year old daughters to use on their Fires. They love how they feel; they have a lot of padding and fit nicely on the smallest setting. The volume adjusts easily. We haven’t used the mic so I can’t speak to that. After 45 days one of the headsets seemed to have a short where the connector meets the cord; sometimes they are not working but then if you wiggle it one or both of the ear phones will work but then it’ll quit working again. So, even though I was past the 30 day return window, I emailed the seller as they stated they have a 12 month warranty. The seller replied within 24 hours and I had my coupon to order a replacement (basically I had to pay 24 cents to get a replacement). The other pair is working great so hoping this is just a fluke. Impressed with the seller’s response. Will update if I have another issue.

Great headphones for kids and adults
Theya re Greta headphone with great sound quality. They are adjustable on each side to make smaller or bigger. The mic works very well and you can turn it on or off. The cord is a good size length no matter what they are using it for. I would highly recommend these headphones!

Doesn’t last and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE
The headphones are cute and functional in the short term, but there are some issues. The headphones consistently hurt my ears after about an hour of use. Stuffing cotton in the ear area has helped, but they’re still uncomfortable to wear and painful after a few hours. After about six months of use, the microphone began cutting out, and after ten months, the microphone is basically unusable. After eleven months, there is a loud static in the right ear that won’t go away. They were okay for a while, but I would strongly suggest investing in better headphones for your own sanity.

I liked that the mic worked and when you take a video other sounds from around still appear so the noice cancellation is not really that good.
