Buttons and status LEDs don’t align
I like the mic. I used it for a conference call just today and everyone could hear me, it looks cool, the LEDs are fun and give it a nice glow just hanging out on my desk. There is a headphone jack on the mic in case you want to plug in headphones too (this tripped up my son, who didn’t realize it changed his sound output to the new USB device when he plugged it in). The one drawback and it is a big one, are both buttons on the bottom (noise cancelling on the left and mute on the right). The fact that there is a mute button at all is a HUGE bonus however, with the LED switch turned off, there is no indicator in mute of Noise canceling are enabled or disabled, with the LEDs on, the noise canceling has a separate LED to signal it is on of off, but the same can NOT be said for MUTE, which is debatably more important.With the Windows mic mixer up, I can click mute, the whole MIC leds go read, and i can watch my voice spike on the mixer. I click the button again, the whole mics LEDs go green/orange/yellow and i watch the sound on the mic on the mixer cut to zero (so mute is engaged). If i let the LEDs cycle a bit more, I can do the same test and Red leds do mean mute, but it is never consistent, I MUST watch the output in the Windows mic mixer. There needs to be a dedicated LED for each button, and those two separate LEDs need not be tied into the overall mic LED on/off switch. These buttons are not aesthetic, they are control usability buttons.Other than the buttons, the unit works pretty well.

Itâs a great microphone, when it feels like working
I bought in the same microphone like five or six times, and exchanged two or three of them. Two out of five times, The microphone arrived in the box was in perfect condition, but the lights on the microphone did not turn on when plugged in. The lights are supposed to automatically turn on the moment you plug it in. So I had to exchange those ones then I had A microphone that only worked some of the time so three out of five have not been great. May the odds be ever in your favor

RGB works, mic works, overall good for its price. The cord is a little annoying, but thats the only complaint i have. Would reccomend.

Won’t show as new device on computer
So I bought this as a Xmas pr3sent for my son. Today is xmas and we plugged the emissions into his computer and though we see the name of the mic, no sound is coming out. Usually when you plug in a USB cord the driver info should pop up on the bottom right hand corner of the screen. I did read the instructions where it says it takes time for it to download but nothing is happening. Highly disappointed and my son was sad. I will be returning.
