They are Hefty, how can you go wrong?
Great trash bags, have never had an issue with tearing etc. great value, and the rolls fit perfectly into one of my kitchen drawers. No funky smell like some of the no-name bags I’ve tried. They open easily and stay put in the can.

Remember, when all the major products had a jingle or slogan to them? Putt, Putt to the Pizza Hut! I can’t believe I ate the whole thing! Where’s the meat? I miss those. Now, you aren’t even sure what they’re selling in some of the commercials.Anyway, Hefty, Hefty, Hefty here are some great kitchen trash bags. They aren’t the strongest ones they make, because they make some super strong ones, but these are plenty strong for our needs. My sister tends to overfill the trash bags and shove just a Little more in, before closing them. Then, there’s the Kitty Litter! EWWW!! No one wants the bag to break with that in there…lol Trust me, it happened with some cheaper bags and we had to clean the carpet, on top of everything else. Some things are worth paying just a little bit more for. These are higher than some brands, but you’re getting a lot of bags here. I have allergies and a sensitive nose, so have to go with everything “unscented”.I recommend these. They’re strong, a good value, last a long time, unscented and stay closed. Love the bags, hate the drawstring
Iâve been using these bags for quite some time and until now they have been great. I noticed the drawstring seemed thinner or flimsier and have to wonder if these bags didnât go through shrinkflation. The bags still perform as usual but that drawstring doesnât seem to. Maybe itâs just me but I donât remember having problems with it in the past. They still close shut ok but something is missing from earlier bags. Iâd still recommend them as Iâve never had one burst and for the price they do I good job.

Best Buy for the money
I have purchased these bags for years and wanted to encourage everyone else to learn from my mistakes. I am very frugal with my money and have always tried to always buy the less expensive option of most all of my household supplies. In other words, I have used many inexpensive store brand garbage bags. It took me a long time to realize even though they may be less expensive, they were not dependable. Often, they would tear and I would have to use more then one. They would not hold as much as I needed them to. In reality I spent much more money buying the less expensive brands than I would have spent if I just bought the Hefty brand to begin with. I typically buy the 13 gallon option for my kitchen can which is what accumulates the most trash. I purchase the unscented ones as I use my own air freshener in my cans.
