Love the plastic Velcro closure on bag!
Lab puppy loves her food and I love the fact that the bag is easy to open and close with the plastic Velcro closure. Those zip lock type closures are the worst!

ONLY BUY THE LAMB KIND!
Okay, biggest thing you need to know is that the lamb and brown rice recipe is clearly the higher quality and better for your puppy recipe. DO NOT BUY the chicken and oat version.My puppy on the lamb bag was perfect, great appetite, good firm poops at regular intervals, growing like a damn weed. My puppy on the chicken bag was diarrhea LITERALLY every day, barely gaining weight (which at 16 weeks old is unheard of in a large breed puppy), and the poops smelt like brimstone. Idk if it was a bad lot, but I’ve seen so many similar reviews of the chicken recipe that I can’t imagine it’s just that. I think it’s the base recipe of it, or the production plant it comes from. Hill science should really be looking at their quality data for the CGM for mycotoxin level, because that would almost certainly cause this issue in small puppies. Or it could be another PCA (peanut corporation of America) scandal if their manufacturing plant for that chicken recipe is seen something tells me. It’s on the company to do some investigation with so many similar reviews of the chicken recipe causing adverse reactions in puppies that NEED to be gaining weight constantly.TLDR: Only the lamb and brown rice is good for your puppy, NOT the chicken and oat.

Good ingredients. The size of the kibble is big in a good way but still dispenses out of the automatic feeder. Resealable bag. Our puppy eat this more than other foods we have tried. He is not a big eater but has eaten this the most consistently.

My puppy has IBS since she was a baby, we were able to deduce one of the causes to chicken. Then we realized a lot of puppy food have chicken… Sea food alternatives are definitely on the pricier side, so we love this lamb alternative. My puppy loves it, great value for the price!
