Favorite moisturizer!! Year Update!
I LOVE this product!! I learned about it via an influencer I follow who shares so much about K-Beauty & Skincare (@adatude) and I purchased it back in March of 2024. It’s unscented, so perfect for people who are easily irritated by scents. It’s a lightweight product that goes on easily and absorbs so nice, but you can actually feel the hydration. I’ve used gel creams before that feel like you haven’t put anything on torn face. THIS-you can feel, but it’s not heavy or greasy. It’s also lovely for skin prep before makeup. I have very fair, rosacea prone skin and get a lot of redness and heat flare ups. I’m also 41 and find my skin has gotten these drier patches where I need a “thicker” moisturizer and this does the trick. I also have used this on my hands and on my little one’s faces. I most definitely will repurchase-this tube has lasted me a long time: using a finger to two fingers of a strip of lotion as a little does go a long way!! Very impressed and a great price!

My Holy Grail Moisturizer! The tub, which is the biggest size, is my favorite. It has so much product and will last you quiteee a while. When I first bought this product, I went with the smaller size, in squeeze-packaging and I fell in love!!! It’s one of the very first products that got me hooked onto Korean skincare. After doing some research, a lot of the Korean products that are popular in America actually aren’t as popular in Korea — but this moisturizer is one of the ones that are in the top in both! It’s gentle, fragrance free, and perfect for sensitive skin (as I have psoriasis, so it’s very important for me to choose products that won’t cause a flare up or irritate my skin). I mainly use it on my face, neck, and chest area after cleansing (I also incorporate Korean brand toners to pair with this as well!) but really; you can use it wherever. It’s so thick, and moisturizing — a little goes a long way. And the moisture STAYS locked in. I wake up, and my face is still moisturized, plumped and hydrated.

Good Winter Moisturizer
Great price for the amount of product and it doesn’t feel cakey/super thick on my face. The only thing to consider if you are prone to getting oily skin easily this product is thicker than some of the moisturizers I have used in the past. But because it’s winter and really dry outside where I live, it provides the right amount of hydration I need to last the day.

LOVE THIS MOISTURIZER
Now that I’ve found it (recommended on YouTube skincare videos I regularly watch) it’s become a holy grail. In the winter the humidity in my NYC apartment hovers between 0 snd 6 percent, and it’s a struggle to keep my skin hydrated. I’ve got a great collection of heavy moisturizers but they’re all pretty greasy, which is effective at holding in the moisture but doesn’t look so great, and if I don’t keep my hair pulled back it ends up sticking to my face and neck. And causes milia.I apply a number at different products like a THD vitamin C, Retinaldehyde, peptide serums, niacinamide, an anti pigment serum (which always goes on first), and add in another few things here and there. And, of course, need to seal it all in, so to speak, with an effective moisturizer. I particularly like this moisturizer because it absorbs reasonably quickly and doesn’t leave a shiny, greasy finish. In fact, within an hour it makes my skin look beautiful, some might say radiant, but I’m not exactly sure what that means. Softly glowy is how I think of it, but not a fake sparkly kind of glowy, it’s a natural, soft, healthy kind of glowy.I don’t wear makeup because I work from home, so am unable to tell you if it pills if you apply makeup on top of it. In fact, after using all those products in the morning I don’t always wash my face at night, and instead spray my face, neck and chest with mineral water and pat it in, or wet my palms with tap water and pat it in, and then apply moisturizer, either this one or a heavier one from my collection of more occlusive moisturizers.Not only does this Illiyoon moisturizer

So hydrating, not oily
I have dry and acne prone skin. This product is amazing—I no longer have dry patches. It’s moisturizing but doesn’t make your face feel oily. Plus, you get so much so it’s not that expensive compared to other good moisturizers I’ve used such as Aestura.

Oily, glossy disaster
A little does NOT go a long way for me with this cream, it’s just not enough for my rosacea prone skin which is also prone to dehydration. The ceramide “capsules” don’t burst; I tried warming this up on the back of my hands, palms etc… They feel and look like little crushed rice granules that just sit on your face. Also wanted to note that this cream contains an ingredient used in lipglosses to give it that glossy sheen which I hated. It’s a slick, gritty mess… The glossy oiliness does sink in after a few hours though, but I’d have to sit around looking like a sweaty mess with styrofoam dotted all over my face while I wait. The moisturizing effect is alright, though I feel the cons outweigh the pros with this one.

Had heard good things online regarding it effectiveness for peeling and the side effects of using Tretinoin.This stuff has solved all my tret face skin issues I was having. Lovely creamy but not heavy consistency. sinks in. No residue. Doesn’t pill and doesn’t cause spots or make you greasy.I have dry oily combination skin and this stuff is a miracle. I went on to buy one of the big tubs of this stuff from another supplier just because I loved it so much I wanted more.Great for dehydrated skin.
