***UPDATE***I had written a review about this product (below) and was contacted by the company. The company representatives went over and above to resolve my issues with durability. The company specifically apologized that my dog didn’t get the use out of it as planned, but offered me a refund. I declined the refund and requested a second toy to see if we could make this one last longer. They were quick to respond and sent me a new product. I appreciate the above and beyond mentality of this company and truly, that behavior from a company is what will make me come back for years. Caring about customers, in my opinion, is something is often lost with businesses. Customer care really seems to be a high priority, and due to that we would highly recommend purchasing here.The new toy arrived quickly, and instead of allowing free play with the toy, we supervised our German shepherd and stopped extensive chew activity so help the toy last and now, we’ve had the toy for a couple of weeks and it’s been going great. I specifically enjoy the ease of charging it so that there is more play time.Got this for my dog for a Christmas gift and he didn’t even play with it twice before it broke. I specifically looked for a toy that had better durability. I think the motion sensor is extremely cool and engaging with dogs and I loved the overall concept. Just wish it was more durable so my dog could have played longer.

THE MOST , BEST DOG TOY HANDS DOWN – THIS IS IT!
THIS IS THE BEST DOG TOY!!! been thru the robotic things, the gaggle balls – the small hard ones that wriggle – but this is just the Best. If you love watching your dog have fun, then get this. This is strong enough for them to play outside with and comes with an extra rope – my little Yorkie girl loves it and my bigger guy too – it’s very entertaining for them – you’ll just need to wear headphones, lol.

Very fun, but not durable for heavy chewers
I bought this toy for my high energy boxer mix. Huge hit – however once she caught it, she chewed the rope right off in about 10-15 min. I replaced that with thick fabric so she could not chew off the part where the rope connected.Thought all was good – she then proceeded to separate the bottom cover and chewed the component that makes it move. Even though I pulled it away from her, she ruined the connection to recharge.HOWEVER – she absolutely loved this!She took deep long naps after playing.When I shut it off for a break, she would bring it to me to turn it back on.I am ordering a second one with hopes that I can consistently tighten the cover enough to avoid it coming off and hopefully it will last longer than a day!Will see how long the second cover lasts.

FUN…but hard
My dog initially, as you see in the video enjoyed this toy. He liked the motion, she liked the sound that came from it of a barking dog, so she initially had fun with it. But what made it not fun for her, is that it’s very hard as in very hard plastic. Her natural natural habit would be to grab hold of the ropes and shake it, but she soon found out in doing that picking it up and shaking. It ended up smacking her in the head. So at this point with only using a very short time since Christmas, she really doesn’t want anything to do with it. The outside of this toy really should be made of some kind of rubber. And somehow it should be made a little lighter so that it doesn’t hurt the dog when shaking it

My dog needs a lot of stimulation and we have a similar toy to this one. She likes the little bark it makes, it’s easy to charge. She isn’t a destructive dog so I can’t say anything about durability but it definitely keeps her busy. The light isn’t bright and the noise isn’t too loud.

This is the perfect toy for a medium-sized dog. my dog loves it, and it’s a great way to entertain your dog while your working. it is also durable. I have also bought other similar products such as the ball, and although the ball is great my dog loves this one more.

My 9 month old Husky pup absolutely loves automated balls….. she chases them around for a good while, so at least she doesn’t get bored & find my new hiding spot for the spare TP roles lol (she has shredded enough to make a movie set look like snow has fallen haha).This version is the 3rd brand I’ve tried. I needed a 2nd auto-ball for her to use while her favorite is charging (her favorite is like a super condensed, strong Styrofoam one).From the time I gave it to her to when I found it again, was only about an hour. But in said hour she had chewed the outer shell to the point I could no longer open it. I tried using everything possible to get it opened, but nothing…… the little tassel rope??? It was chewed in half….. no longer usable. The spare rope is a joke because that would’ve been gone same-day too.I had to throw this away. Only 1 hour of use & it was trashed.If you have a large breed or a breed that has strong chewing, do not use this!!!! There were small plastic pieces on the floor too!!! Very dangerous for a dog to swallow……. I don’t have to worry about my pup eating the pieces, because she destroys just for the fun of destruction (if you’ve ever raised a Husky you know what I mean).But I know of other breeds that would eat any piece that fell off & I warn you to not bother with this if that describes your pup.I assume that for all other dog breeds that are not adorable destruction-machines on fluffy legs, this ball would be okay for them.

This is a well built toy and does everything as advertised. My dog will not play with toys unless it’s covered in peanut butter so we were hoping to find something more interactive. No go unfortunately. Once I turn it on she goes into another room as it scares her. After several weeks of trying to get her used to it, she still has no interest. This is not a fault of the product as it’s clearly well made but it’s not going to be for every dog.

I have a jack Russell terrier, she is a chewer! She also needs to be busy, I thought this toy would be perfect. I already bought the noisy wobble ball which she goes crazy when she gets it. Unfortunately she has managed to pull apart the plastic at the holes you use to grip it and is now obsessed with biting at the holes and not playing with it. Back to this toy, had it a week, shredded the rope, almost chewed of the place where the rope goes, and made significant bite marks on the red part. So she can no longer have it. It’s a great idea for a toy but needs to be made of a different, stronger material.

C’est difficile à dévisser je dois utiliser des gants de caoutchouc pour la vaisselle pour plus de prise quand je dévisse. Et quand on visse on doit visser jusqu’à entendre un clic. I love this toy but sadly, it drives my two dogs wild. They get very riled up chasing it and when one of them catches it they fight over it. I either had to return it or buy a second one. Too bad the price is a bit too much. This is probably a great toy for single puppies!
