Cute toy/feeder for small cats or kittens, not larger ones. My cats are in the 15lb range. The wand is ridiculously short at 16 inches. My cats were simply not interested, even with the treats factored in.

It’s a very interesting toy. I put cat food in it, and my little cat usually only likes wet food and doesn’t like dry food, but he feels very accomplished when he digs the dry food out of the toy himself. And that little round ball, when touched, will flash in different colors, and my cat is very interested in it.

Update: the ball eventually just started working in its own. And it’s kept my cat entertained a lot, so I’m changing my review to 5 stars instead of 4.My cat seems to like it enough, knocked a star off bc the light up ball didn’t work at all…not that my cat cares about a light up ball but still. The instructions were also not very clear. Overall, I’m not mad at it bc my cat keeps going back to play with the string
