FAQ
Q1: Why does the output power momentarily drop to zero for 1 second when one USB-C port is charging a device and another device is plugged into the second USB-C port?
A: This is a normal occurrence. The Explorer 100 Plus will automatically readjust based on the charging requirements of the devices.
Q2: Why does my low-power device disconnect from charging mode while charging?
A: Press and hold the Display button to activate the low-current charging mode for continuous charging.
Q3: Why does the USB-C PD 100W max output port only output 45W of power for charging my device?
A: To achieve a maximum output power of 100W via USB-C, you’ll need either the original USB-C charging cable or other USB-C cables capable that support 100W. Additionally, the device must have a maximum power support of 100W; otherwise, the output power will be limited to the maximum supported by the device. (e.g. If the device’s maximum charging capability is only 45W, then the output will be limited to 45W for charging.)
Q4: Why does the Explorer 100 Plus consume power from my devices instead?
A: Devices with reverse charging capabilities occasionally experience instances of the energy storage being charged in reverse when connected to the USB-C port due to protocol issues. Reconnecting the devices several times usually restores normal operation.
Q5: Why does the Explorer 100 Plus, with a 100W charging power, only have a 40W power input?
A:1) USB-C 100W Input: To achieve a maximum input power of 100W via USB-C, you’ll need a 100W USB-C wall charger along with either the original USB-C charging cable or other USB-C charging cables that support 100W.(100W USB-C wall charger is not included in the package.) 2) When the battery level is above 20% and under normal temperature conditions, the Explorer 100 Plus will charge at maximum power for the first 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, due to the characteristics of the LFP battery, a power reduction strategy is implemented to prevent the battery from remaining in a high-pressure state for an extended period. This transition aims to maintain a constant voltage to protect the battery’s lifespan.

Better than I was hoping for, works great.
I bought this to use for emergencies when the power goes out and I need to make sure I have something to charge my phone and other electronics. This works great. It’s small enough that it’s not in the way, but it’s powerful enough that I get plenty of charge ability out of it.

Was a major help during Milton
I got this battery backup shortly before hurricane Milton hit, and it was a a major help to get through the week of having no power at home. Having multiple USB ports allowed me to charge my phone and run a USB powered fan overnight, while the quick charging let me quickly top it off at the office without needing to wait around on it. The screen is handy for planning ongoing power usage, such as seeing the power draw between having a fan on high versus medium and how long the battery would sustain either for. Plus, it’s the maximum size that can be carried on an airplane, so it’s great for travel as well.

Close to perfect but charging speed not as advertised
The claimed charging speeds are waaay higher than reality, I’ve yet to achieve higher than 32W even with 65W UGREEN charger. As a practical matter, out of the box, this needs AC to charge. On the plus side, there’s a numerical display of input power/remaining charging time; as well as output power/remaining battery time; as well as percentage state-of-charge. These three numerical displays are in tiny 4-5mm characters but the info is there. Otherwise, capacity and size/weight are great.

You Cannot Beat the Jackery Products
First – I did return this.Second, I own 2 other jackery products – Backup 1000 and 2 Solar Panels. And they are fantastic build quality and battery life. The Explorer plus was just as good but the main issue I had was the sheer weight with the size. This is not something you can just throw into a backpack. Its the sort of thing you would leave in the car or bring to a barbeque or the beach. I needed something smaller that I could throw in my bag that was strong enough to power / charge my DJI Smart Controller.Too bad too – I was looking forward to this.

It looks small but it delivers power when you want it!
I used this on a long road trip from Vegas to New York City. It’s basically 2 days of 20 hours of driving a day. I charged my phone and Jackery both to 100% and kept the 100% charged phone to the Jackery. It kept the phone at 100% for 20+ hours and still had a 20-25% charge at the end of the day.The phone was going through everything you expect on a road trip- used as a GPS and music streaming and phone was plugged in with various levels of service. Device was 100% battery, Jackery was in the 25% range. I tested another battery pack, similar load and time, those ran out hours before Jackery got down to the 25% level!Charge time is impressive using a Super Fast 50w charger or similar. It’s easier to use compared to others, no need to press additional buttons like others might need you to press other buttons to turn it on and enter a mode. This is just plug in to start.Remember this is the max amount of power in the USA. I also used this on a 14 hour flight to keep a charge on a tablet. Games, movies, wifi for the entire flight.

quality price in the palm of your hand
a small station that gives you a huge amount of energy, without a doubt one of the best in relation to the competition in this price range, easy to transport and a design that everyone falls in love with when they see it, its energy input and output panel is undoubtedly of great help, I am very happy with the work and performance of the products that the company offers

LACKLUSTER
So far, I’m really disappointed with my first Jackery experience. Seem to be lacking with products AND customer service responses. I’ve been using Anker and should have stuck with them. I’ll update as the issue moves along.I got a e100 plus and e1000v2. The e100 was a “free” gift, and the deciding factor of why I went with Jackery instead of Anker. The e100 plus charges and discharges at around 25 watts per USBC port when 100 in/out is the stated wattage. I have all the correct equipment: charging block (140w), cable (240w and Jackery) and have tried my Mac charging block (87w) as well as other cables and charging block wattages I have around. This seems to be a Jackery issue as the charging blocks and cords seem to charge Other devices at a higher wattage.Jackery’s response to what I shared above:“Charging power is related to SOC and temperature. In addition, charging has a communication protocol, and charging is automatically adjusted. If the charging protocol is incompatible, the ideal effect cannot be achieved. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. Have a great day!”What kind of response is that? Seems like AI or some other decide used to avoid hsving me report the issue to Amazon.NOT HAPPY.The E1000v2 feels cheap compared to Anker products as well. It’s non-returnable, of course.

Se ve de buena calidad pero es mejor conseguir un power bank, pues carga casi lo mismo y es muchísimo más pesado.
